My family and I stayed at these condos. The condo itself was good and the location was excellent for getting to the slopes early. The only downside is that the people above us were heavy footed. They were also doing construction (table saws and sanders at dinner time above us??) the management didn't know anything about it. Other than that... More

We stayed in unit #52. I will begin by saying that the space is great for a family. There were TVs in each room and wifi; however, this place was filthy. The cookware was dirt and battered. Thre was trash in the cabinets, used cups etc. there were inches of dust around the beds and dressers. There was hair all... More

The bunkbed is very unsafe and unstable. The ladder s broken and my child almost fell off. The mattress are GOD AWFUL, they must be 20 plus years old. We ended up sleeping on the floor which was also uncomfortable. I suggest you bring your own beds. Wifi did not work. Coffee Maker broken rusty knifes and bedding was disgusting.

Be very careful if you book a reservation here and then need to change it. They word it so you think there will be no problem. They charge one nights stay plus tax and fees. Not worth the risk of booking unless you are absolutely sure you will be able to stay the dates you pick.

Mammoth Direct Reservations which is the onsite management company for Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club does not have any record of this guests last name. They may have booked through another company renting units at our complex. However, our cancellation polices or generally more lenient than most Mammoth rental companies. Please keep in mind when you book that this is... More

If you are a mountain biker, or perhaps a summer hiker, please ignore this review. From a winter skiing/boarding prospective, I think there are much better options available in Mammoth. The units are individually owned, so it does not make sense to rate the interiors of the units in this complex. You might contact the manager for a suggestion prior... More

I go up to Mammoth every year for my birthday and stay here. And every time I'm there it's been great! Clean rooms, tons of space, good parking, spa is indoors and I can snowboard all the way back. Its always walking distance from the lift so I can always go back to the room to have lunch and not... More

My husband and I decided to rent a condo unit for a 1 week stay because we are considering buying a condo in Mammoth Lakes. This was an unpleasant experience, but we have certainly learned a lot! This 1 bdrm + loft unit was advertised and priced as a deluxe unit, but has not been updated for a very long... More

Stayed in 133, 3 bedroom w/ pet. Dark, depressing and dirty. Furniture, decor circa 1970. Newest appliance was the toaster. Disgusting filthy carpet full of dust which exacerbated allergies and asthma of both the kids and adults. Do NOT stay in this unit. It will ruin your vacation. Luckily the management was very nice and helpful, and switched us to... More

It is old property but each one is different so it is a hit or mis. Chat with the office and ask for reccommendation. Good points: close enough to Canyon Lodge, just in case you have to walk to the lift and back. Remember, there is some snow days you do not want to mess with the car. One space... More

We didn't book through the Hotel, so I don't know what the quality of the upkeep of the other apartments. We rented unit M113 through Mammoth Rent By Owner and the apartment is everything you would want for a weeks skiing with plenty of room and cosy. Hotel facilities seem fine and I have found the staff at the main... More
