Not much to say about Mammoth Mountain Inn apart from it was great! Really enjoyed our time there, and even though we travelled outside of the skiing season we felt we were still valued well as customers. We had a huge room too (two stories) which I imagine are easier to get hold of out of the season. Plenty still... More

We spent one night in this hotel last summer. The room was pretty and clean, the hotel's atmosphere is warm, and the hotel staff works with courtesy. One detail: the towel-mammoth we found on the bed was extremely lovely!!!

Warm welcome and excellent rooms - amazing views - highly recommended. Jason greeted us and nothing was too much trouble for him to do for us - he was the perfect host and even took us outside in the dark to see the bear and her cub. Food, room etc just great - Jason PERFECT.

Stayed here for one night in early October. On arrival really impressed with reception and bar area, I could imagine that in winter it would be really welcoming and cosy. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Explained about the $20 resort fee and particularly the hotel shuttle into Mammoth. The hotel is about 3 miles from town so makes the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in late September/early October whilst hiking in the area. Because it was outside skiing season, we got a very good price for our room. Whilst some of the communal areas look a little dated (I bet they take a hammering in ski-season), our room was lovely - warm and very comfortable with good quality... More

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a tour. The room was a little dated, but was huge! We had a king size bed, with another double/queen sized bed (which was a pull down bed). We also had a kitchenette, which was great in the morning; we made a lovely pot of fresh coffee! Facilities in the room... More

Superb accommodation. We were on a tour and stayed for one night only but the room they gave us was a suite suitable for 6 persons. We had our own kitchenette and diner and plenty of space. We bought some ready meals from the small shop and self catered for our evening meal. Breakfast was also a do it ourselves... More

We stayed here with a group in September it was a fantic location. We ate in the bar the food was reasonably priced and just ok. As a group we had drinks that night and a couple of us had to cehck our receipts for items that were added that we did not get. the excuse was that the computer... More

We stayed at the hotel one night in May 2014. The hotel is located just by the lift to the top of the mountain. So when we arrived directly from Death Valley the first thing we did was to go up to to top of the mountain. The kids (3,6) loved that. In the morning we had breakfast at the... More
