Just completed a family vacation at Viewpoint in Mammoth. Stayed in Condo unit 124 and everything was excellent! Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Plus it is close to the village and many other activities. Would highly recommend!

We spent 2 nights in condo #152, 4 adults. We all had difficulty sleeping due to uncomfortable beds & lack of air circulation in mid June. None of the windows had screens on the windows, so if you left the windows open, you had bugs. If you left the sliding door open which had a screen you had highway noise.... More

We just spent the week after Christmas here. It was my first stay in #124. Here's the pros and cons Pros: Location-it's maybe three blocks to the village and gondola. You walk through the back, through a parking lot, cross the street and you are there Price-it wasn't cheap because it was a holiday week but with two families splitting... More

This place is just a 5-minute walk to The Village at a fraction of their prices. We ski and hike so we come here often. This is our go-to place in Winter or Summer. The units are individually owned and all uniquely decorated. The kitchens are fully equipped so cooking in is easy. But why would you with so many... More

My friend and I spent two nights at a condo with a loft here. The condos are fairly close to the main road close to town, but that was fairly quiet. I did notice noise from people talking outside at early hours, but overall it wasn't too noisy. The condo we rented had year-round residents below us. The living room... More

Unit 124 is great with forest views ... more than we expected. Plenty of room for the family. Clean. Decor and furniture are updated. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice. Quiet location, but close to everything.

Location is perfect! Across the street from the Gondola, Whiskey Creek, and the Village. This hot tub is super hot and can fit like 40 people. Feel like a party crowd normally stays here. The condos are clean, cozy, and have everything you need. High ceiling and comes with a fireplace. However when it snows, the driveway to get to... More

These small but well equipped conos offer every amenity and would be perfect for a couple. Downsides are that the bedroom is small and open windows in the summer let in highway noise if you are in the front row of condos which have the best views. But D105 was very clean and well equipped. There are small balconies ,... More

I have been to Viewpoint Condo many times previously. Each time my experience confirms that I made the right decision in staying at Viewpoint. The check in was quick and friendly service each time. Each condo is clean, organized and welcoming. Each condo differs only in the cooking necessities such as cooking oil, condiments, spices, etc. It is very nice... More

We chose to getaway during off season for some R&R and fishing. These condos were perfect. We stayed in 141, which was a well stocked end unit. I think for most of our 5 nights we were the only occupants in this building. Unit was very cute and cozy with a great fireplace (property supplied all the firewood we wanted... More
