WAY BEYOND what I expected !! This hotel was offered to me through a Hotwire Special, one of those Specials where you don't see the name of the hotel until after you book the reservation. When I first arrived, I was put off by the front desk people who did not smile AT ALL and talked to me like I... More

Stayed here on a Friday night--no complaints. My impression was that the management of The View Inn has taken over from the old Comfort Inn and they are quickly making upgrades. Yes, the halls can use new carpeting, as could the room we stayed in on the first floor. The bathroom is on the small side (toilet and tub/shower with... More

Couldn't ask for much better for the price.......It was clean and newly redecorated. The bathroom had a lovely shower enclosure and new furniture, refrig and microwave. The girl at the desk was very nice and pleasant. Liked the breakfast and the room it was in......plenty of room. A Perkins restaurant was right next door. Couldn't ask for more convenience. The... We were on a 15 day, cross country MINI Cooper rally. This was our lest favorite hotel out of all of them. They wanted to make a copy of our credit card. In Virginia, this is illegal. My wife objected strongly, and they gave her the copy. The place is decent, but not great. There was plenty of parking. It... More

There were no signs with Comfort Inn on them - the Comfort Inn sign that you normally see from the Interstate was covered up, the sign as you turn in to the motel was also covered up and the cover over the walkway to the front door didn't have the sign on it. The only way we knew we were... More

We stayed here overnight when going to Musikfest. While not terribly close to the festival grounds, it was a 10-15 minute drive to where we were going, which was not bad at all. The hotel is a little older, but the rooms were very clean. The tvs in the rooms are nice and look pretty new, and the breakfast that... More

Everything was very nice. My room was very clean, bed comfortable. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a nice variety of choices and was keep supplied. Location was close to highway but in quiet area. I highly recommend staying here.

Love the location as its just off the highway and a mile from our daughter in Bethlehem. Office chair in the room worn out-our king bed was such you could feel EVERY movement, carpet in the halls dirty&worn! The breakfast was ok-the eggs had cheese in the middle and folded over, but otherwise there was the usual pastries, bagels, cereal, juices, coffee, and the waffle machine.I am... We host a large event in this area every summer and have been using this hotel for 4 years now. The rooms & the common areas are clean and tidy. The staff is a delight to work with & has been helpful. In this year's event, we had a large block of rooms reserved at the hotel. A number of... More

This place was HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! When we walked in there were 3 men sitting out front drinking beer and cursing. One of them had an ankle monitor on. None of them had shirts on. One man had a bloody cut up face. They were staying there. I don't know why they were aloud to sit out front and behave like... More

I apologize your stay was not what you were expecting. We try very hard to have a clean comfortable room for your stay. I understand that when you walked into the hotel you were not happy seeing the other guests sitting outside the hotel. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I will be sure to rectify the...
