The beautifully restored, peaceful bed and breakfast in downtown Bethlehem, provided sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of our long drive on the interstate. After a last minute decision, we got the last reservation for the evening and though arriving slightly later than anticipated Tim and Virginia were warm and welcoming. Tim assisted with our bags while Virginia completed our... More

I have been staying at the Inn one or two nights a week for the past couple of months. We are moving to Bethlehem, new house was not quite ready. I work at Lehigh University, short drive away. I truly feel that the Morningstar has become my home away from home. Virginia and Tim are such perfect hosts, helpful and... More

From the minute we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect spot for our get-a-way weekend. We were amazed at the beautiful architecture of this lovingly restored home. The rooms were large and our room had it's own bathroom. The freshly-prepared breakfast was well above our expectations. The hosts, Tim and Virginia were warm and friendly and made you... More

I chose Morningside because of the reviews on Trip Advisor--stayed two nights. It was not a dissapointment. The house is two long blocks from the main street where the other place I considered staying--the Bethlehem Hotel--is located and where the restaurant (relatively new) was that we dined in (Cork D). The house has nice public areas especially considering there is... More

My husband and I stay for one night at Morningstar Inn to get away for a night. The Inn is stunning and the owners lovely. The room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was so wonderful! The owners have wine and appetizers at 5 every night and homemade fresh cookies out for... More

A pleasant surprise. Relaxed atmosphere. Made to feel at home (just without the kids). A place worth visiting. Inn keepers treat you as family ( the ones you like). And met great people also staying there. And breakfast amazing!

This is a thoroughly delightful bed and breakfast in a wonderful old mansion in a picturesque, quaint, tree-lined neighborhood. You're likely to be greeted by Virginia, who takes great joy in meeting her guests and making sure they are comfortable and very well fed. She's an accomplished baker (sure wish I had snagged a few of her excellent chocolate chip... More

My husband and I were in town for a performance at the new PPL Center. This B&B appealed to us because of location and reviews. What a find! The rooms, the Inn and its furnishings, the amenities - everything was just perfect. The upgrades and updates made during the renovation were on the mark - still has the old feel... More

Located in the Downtown area of Bethlehem, this B&B is a really lovely mansion which the Innkeepers restored before opening as a bed and breakfast. The furnishings perfectly suit the age and style of the house and they are beautiful and comfortable. There's nothing stuffy or pretentious here like at some B&Bs. Our room was quite comfortable, especially the bed.... More

This is a beautifully restored mansion near downtown Bethlehem. It has all of the modern amenities, but has been meticulously restored by Tim and Virginia to the original blueprints. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Tim and Virginia are wonderful hosts and I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. My wife and I will definitely return again.
