My husband and I recently spent two nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a room overlooking the city. The room was spacious and all the bathrooms have been recently updated. The hallways were also very quiet, which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel does have a... Old time style and elegance. The place as spotless and right in the middle of downtown Bethlehem, PA. We went to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it provided the perfect romantic atmosphere.

Had tickets with the Mrs. to see George Thorogood at the Miller Symphony Hall in Allentown, 3/17/15. Great show, GREAT venue. Decided to make it an overnight stay and booked a room at the Hotel Bethlehem. FYI, I will pick an old historic hotel over a shiny new modern one every time that's my just preference. Always aware that sometimes... More

Our company recently held a 4-day event at the hotel. The staff was always professional, courteous, and accommodating to all our needs. Every meeting, breakfast, lunch and dinner went off smoothly. If we ever needed anything, someone was there immediately to attend to it. The food was amazing, the atmosphere incredible. Everyone loved their rooms. There are so many meeting... More

I've stayed here before, and I 've always liked it. This time upon entering the room there was an overwhelming fragrance, enough to be sickening. My first thought was what are they trying to cover up? Then I notice that they even leave a bottle, and remind you that it can be purchased. Tacky, at best. I pay $200 plus... More

Traveled here for a business trip and the client had suggested this hotel. The first thing I noticed was you have to walk up a hill after you park the car in their garage. There is no connection to the garage to the hotel. The other noticeable item when you check in is the smell. The hotel has its own... More

Beautiful lobby, rooms....Room was small (king bed), bathroom tiny. Bed was super comfy. I LOVE that the windows open for fresh air! Hot water unreliable, very small flow in sink and shower jumped between hot & cold regardless of time of day. Twice went to front desk and no one was there. When staff was available they were very friendly... More

You put a historical hotel in a beautiful spot, renovate it with history of the pillars of the world community that have stayed here and a great bar and fine restaurant, you get the Bethlehem hotel. It combines a wonderful room Decour with old school hotel style. I slept like a baby on my comfortable bed and have an awesome... More

Cannot fault the hotel staff - from doormen to receptionists, waiters and housekeeping, everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and desire to help. The room was enormous (in comparison to UK hotels at least) and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the Tap Room was amazing, and the jazz band on Thursday nights is a nice touch. If eating... More
