Found this motel after looking at several others that were dumps. Glad we stopped and checked out the Silver Surf. Friendly staff, nice clean remodeled rooms, and the price was the best around. The room was clean, smelled fresh with new capeting and a nice clean King sized comfortable bed. Will definately return soon. more

Rooms were quite dated , as are most on this island, but they are kleen and modern air conditioners. The bed was in the wrong spot in my opinion, about two feet away from the powerfull air con, so when you were in bed you either froze or sweated, no in-between.I found the admin staff quite abrupt and not very... more

I stayed here two nights while on a business trip because I was tired of the old business hotels and wanted to be near the beach. The room was a wonderful surprise. Clean and big, hotel staff were very nice. The beach is right across a small street and good restaurants are close by. I will definitely come here again... more

Stayed here with family of 5 for a week. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, quiet, and had a nice pool. Great beach directly across the street. Good value for your money. There are nicer places directly on the beach for a lot more. Free trolley stop directly in front of motel for access to the rest of the island.... more
