I came to Dayton for a family reunion and this hotel replaced the one we had previously stayed at, a Days Inn in a neighboring community, and it was a definite improvement. However the rooms were on the small side for the amount of furniture, especially if you need a rollaway bed. The bathroom couldn't have been much smaller, which... More

One of the few remaining (I think) Fairfield Inn properties with outside room entrances. Top floor (third) has interior corridors, at a slightly higher rate. I chose that rate. As mentioned before, the floor in the hallway had quite a bit of "give" to it; certainly not masonry underfoot! Rooms haven't undergone the renovation that most Fairfield Inn's have enjoyed... More

I stayed one night while doing some sightseeing in Dayton. I found that the hotel was in a great location near tons of restaurants. The only downside is that the hotel has clearly undergone some renovations to transform it from an exterior-corridor hotel to a partially, interior-corridor hotel. The elevator was outside, but my room on the 3rd floor was... More

We usually travel with our two canine children so I was looking for a larger room with the Marriott brand. The Fairfield Inn - Dayton North offered Executive large guest room, king suites and they were pet friendly so we went with them .... Check in was great. Very nice front staff working at this location. Although the room was... More

Old motel style. Airport pick up with a great driver. Room was small and noisy-- outside entry on ground level--but clean--not a good location for a woman alone. HVAC unit noisey too and worker hammering outside my door late afternoon while I was trying to nap. Breakfast was terrible.

I stayed at this hotel the other night and wanted to review it. Over all the hotel was in good condition. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. There were a few nice things that stood out. There was pizza out for an evening snack for everyone and breakfast started at 4:00 a.m. I have been to a few hotels that... More

My fiancé and I stayed here 1 night and I guess the statement "you get what you pay for" rings true. We got the last room available which was a handicap friendly room so needless to say the setup was a little different. The room seemed clean but outdated. The sound proofing was something to be desired as I could... More

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight and they have an airport shuttle. The room is average; the bed just a bed; the shower good. Even though I asked for a room on the "quiet" side, I heard freeway traffic all night long. Their free breakfast started early enough that I could eat before going to the... More

Headed South on a road trip to Georgia, we make a stop at the Fairfield Inn and what a pleasant surprise. Although we prefer a first floor room, on checking in the front desk clerk was kind enough to tell us that only first floor room she had would probably be noisy. We took her recommendation and stayed in a... More

I stayed at the North Dayton Fairfield Inn for one night, May 2. The location was perfect amidst a throng of restaurants, right off of Route 75, just north of Dayton. Check in was extremely quick and the rate was great at $80. But I opened to door to the room and there was a smoky stench. I called the... More
