Don't even think about arriving after 10 p.m! Even if you tell them you will be arriving late and they tell you it will be o.k. just call the number on the door. We had read a review warning about this very thing so we discussed it on the phone when we made our reservation and they said it would... more

I saw decent reviews of the place and decided to stay overnight with my family as I was driving to Orlando. It was a big mistake, rooms were smelly, and carpet was wet, mushy and sticky. Also saw couple of cockroaches in two of my three rooms I had booked. Motel was also not well kept there were spider webs... more

We stayed here for three nights. This isn't the Ritz..so if you need an iron, hair dryer, etc. bring it. Also the 'dishes' that were supposed to be available really weren't much help..if you're planning on cooking bring your own stuff... But our room was clean, it had a small fridge and stove top, microwave. The staff was very nice... more

We stayed here due to price. My Dad had stayed here many times in the past and had given me a heads up that it was basic at best but clean. That is still true. If you need a place to sleep and shower it will do the job. It's an older motel with out dated furnishings but they do... more

I was traveling with a group of college students on a coastal ecology trip and this place was booked for us due to the low cost of a $35 per night group rate. I would never stay here again if I were in a position of choosing the room. When we arrived there were a group of young men with... more

We've stayed here at least a half dozen times as an overnight stop enroute to or from Florida, and have always found it a pleasant experience. Yes, as you see in other reviews the rooms are dated. However, they are always clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accomodationg. The continental breakfast is sparse (doughnuts, juice and coffee) but... more

We stayed 2 nights here during New Year's. Rates were inexpensive, and the rooms while worn, were clean and comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. Only glich is the front desk operating hours. They close the front desk at 9pm-ish. If you arrive late, you are at the mercy of the "night clerk" who might or might not answer the... more

We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was clean, though there were mineral deposits/water stains on the fixtures in the bathroom. Don't expect everything to look NEW, but do expect it to be quite comfy. We slept well in the bed and liked having the little kitchen to warm up breakfast and store our cold items in the... more

Great cheap place to stay. Plenty of hot water, room was cool enough, beds were a little hard, 4 miles from the river. Conivenent to everything, quiet, and family friendly. Kids loved the doughnuts in the am and also they could through the football in the driveway and not be stuck in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. more

November 21st we checked in late in the afternoon, along with our grand daughter. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and fresh smelling. What ever we needed the staff made sure we had it.When our other family member arrived on Nov.23 , they found the rooms nice and clean. The staff there during the Thanksgiving week was... more
