If you're going to stay at Crater Lake NP, it's worth the extra money for a lake-side room in the Lodge. The view is simply mesmerizing. This time we lucked out with a real shower and tub (some rooms have only a claw-foot tub). The room and bathroom were small but adequate, the bed comfortable. Although it cools off at... More

What a view does not begin to describe the feeling when you first see the lake. The lodge had only been open a couple of weeks when we stayed. Our room was small, but adequate. We had a view of the lake from our room. No TV, no phone, it was wonderful. We were there with a group of about... More

I recently spent two nights at Crater Lake Lodge with my daughter and husband. Our room was not ready until 4:00 so when we arrived, we found a great spot on the hotel balcony and ordered several yummy appetizers and enjoyed the fabulous views. The hotel lobby was nice with mission style furniture, cute squirrel lamps and new carpets. There... More

We wanted to stay 3 nights but, due to availability only stayed one. We had a large corner room with lake views. The views alone would have earned 5 stars but, the room was also clean, comfortable and well appointed. I was told that else where in the lodge the rooms were warm. I room was nice and cool because... More

We stayed for one night and it was everything the other reviews have said. I fully endorse the enthusiastic reports and highly recommend this beautiful and meticulously lodge. And we have seen a lot lately. The rooms are well maintained, adequate staffing, dinner with a view on Crater Lake and afterwards outside at the terrace 1000000000000 stars in the sky.... More

My husband and I have stayed at this lodge twice, with the most recent trip a few months ago in later May when we stayed here one night. The lodge had only been open several days for the season when we arrived. There was a great deal of snow all around, so much still that most of the walk way... More

I have stayed in almost every national park lodge and this was the nicest, cleanest and newest! I loved it! Large 2 bedroom rooms with the loft was exceptional! No shower shoes needed here. Very comfortable and even included a refrigerator. The restaurant was exceptional food and the rocking chairs overlooking the lake for a late afternoon cocktail and late... More

We stayed elsewhere as the lodge was fully booked for essentially the remainder of the summer. However, we ate dinner there. My Crater Lake Greens (salad) was incredibly dry and tough as though the greens had sat in a freight car on a siding somewhere for a week or two. But the worst was yet to come. I ordered the... More

Crater Lake Lodge is the only hotel that offer lake view hotel rooms of Crater Lake, so it is really a no-brainer. We booked a lake view room for 2 nights (Room 312). The room was small but not too small for 2 persons. It has a comfortable queen size bed, nice pillows, a desk, a chair, a night table... More

We visited this lodge in June 2014 for 1 night. We had an upper floor room with Lake view. The view was stunning. Room was really nice, it had a bath & large bedroom. You can really feel the history with this place, I'm so glad it was saved. The entrance leads to the right into the main sitting area... More
