We had a third floor lake view room with a small dormer window - high, not really for view, but more for ventilation (needed, no A/C). Room was 1900's style, updated with a queen bed and internet service. Room and bed, while small by today's standards, were clean and comfortable. As other reviewers have said, the view is outstanding! All... More

We have longed to stay at the Crater Lake Lodge and finally made the arrangements far enough in advance to be able to do so. Then luck went our way and we ended up in a perfect room (we had paid a little extra for an upper floor room). Room 301 is a corner room in which we could see... More

T,he room is small, but clean with nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. However, the stunner is the view from the room with the bluest water you will ever see. There is a parapet overlooking Crater Lake with rocking chairs, where you can enjoy beer, wine, etc while gazing upon a most beautiful site. The restaurant is excellent - be... More

Crater Lake Lodge is a typical national parks lodge. Historic & Rustic. Although there is no television or phone they do provide WIFI to its guests. Rooms not overly big and the room we had did have a sink seperate from the bath/shower. We chose a DeLuxe room as its on a higher level and do give you great views... More

I traveled to Crater Lake this summer to check off an item on my bucket list. I always try to stay at the old lodges whenever possible. The view from the terrace of the lodge is spectacular and the water really is that blue. It was an eight hour drive from San Francisco. AAA suggests around 7 hours but I... More

Given that this is the only accommodation within the NP that overlooks the lake, the location is exceptional and time spent on the back balcony overlooking the lake is absolute bliss. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the lodge was excellent; breakfast was average. We also happened to stay during a warm spell... More

Crater Lake was of course awesome. We were impressed with the lodge as we had resigned ourselves to something a bit basic. However, the room was pleasant, sizeable, had a bath and a large bed. We would happily stay there again. The restaurant was really something special. Both of our meals were outstanding - we even ate dessert and had... More

Crater Lake was amazing, the view from the Lodge is breathtaking. Beautiful Blue water and the crater itself is like nothing I had ever seen. In retrospect I would have made this a day trip. We reserved three nights at The Lodge and were able to cancel the last night with 24 hours advance notice ( very accommodating). The Lodge... More

We were able to get a one night stay at Crater Lake Lodge (in a prior visit years ago, the lodge was under reconstruction) a month before our visit. Our room was a Queen Deluxe with bath. It was spacious with a clean, nicely furnished interior. Two windows faced the lake. A tower fan was in the closet area to... More

Place is beautiful but very expensive. We paid 290 a night for a very small room but it is right next to Crater Lake. Nice attached restaurant. Very, very peaceful outside at night with no noise except for the natural kind.
