Staff was friendly and room was large and fairly clean (a little mold around the shower). Near a train track, didn't bother me but my wife is a light sleeper. Breakfast was very good with fresh eggs cooked to order! That's a first for me in a budget motel.

After checking Trip Advisor for the #1 place to stay in Willcox, AZ and finding they were full for the night, we chose the #2 hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the clean, quiet 2 queen room, good beds, no smoking and no pets with this particular room. The price was almost HALF of the #1 choice, and we did... More

The hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. But worse than that, the mattresses were very soft and worn--I rolled to the sagging middle. My partner has back trouble and woke with a very sore back. The bath tub had dirt and hair in it, and there was no soap in the room and no shampoo, though there was conditioner... More

We stopped here the night of December 23 after that unusual snowstorm that closed I-10 in Southern New Mexico for most of the day, opening only in the late afternoon. We knew that next day there would be another snowstorm in Southern New Mexico, probably closing I-10, so we pushed on past the AZ border. Willcox is the first town... More

Used Wilcox as stepping out spot for exploring southeastern AZ. Very friendly front desk folks, got a nice room and breakfast in the AM. Stayed 2 nights, quiet and comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Staying here was like finding a pearl in an oyster. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely courtyard room facing the pool and it was extremely quiet and pleasant. This brick hotel was sturdy and soundproof. Rooms were updated with new furniture and extremely comfortable bedding with lots of pillows. After travelling all day, that dreamy... More

We booked a room here to attend the W.O.W. or Wings Over Willcox bird watching event. All the other hotels in town were booked and in retrospect, that should have tipped us off to something about this place. Very dated hotel with really shabby rooms. The bed linens are old and, while clean, the bed was poorly made by what... More

I checked in after a long day of traveling and sightseeing and had to wait to check in (that should have been an indication of what was to come). There was absolutely nobody in the lobby or at the check in desk. Finally a woman appeared and helped check me in. She was very nice and recommended a few restaurants.... More

We stayed at this property over the New Year's holiday and were very disappointed in the service. The Internet was down all weekend, the ice machine was out of order, they did not have enough staff to clean our room the next day, and when we asked for clean towels they could not even supply those. The lounge was closed,... More

This is an older property but it's otherwise clean and quiet. I wish the mattress is newer (too soft and sagging). The included breakfast was excellent. They would cook eggs the way you want. It's unheard of at this price point. Included Wi-Fi connection was steady and fast.
