Our pillowcases weren't clean, the rooms don't have screen doors and they stop answering their room service calls before the posted closing time. It's ridiculously loud and charge for parking even though they don't have very many spaces. Definitely not worth the money.

Another trip to SoCal and another great stay at the Crown Plaza Ventura. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Food was great and room was sparkling. Can't wait to get back. Only minor issue with Wi-Fi late at night, but resolved in AM.

Stayed here on our way through to Ojai, and since we had never done Ventura. The hotel was nice the staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. The hotel is a bit older but in good condition. We had a nice view of the beach and pier (east side of building). Everything was within walking distance. A little disappointed... More
