The location is good, next to the freeway. You can go to every part of the city easily. The room is not too big but confortable. Good beds, awful pillows (at least when I was there). The BIG issue for me was the ABSENCE of a fridge and a safe in the room. The staff is very polite and helpful.... More

After a long drive thru Los Angeles, we needed a place to stay before continuing our journey northwards. We thought we could find a reasonably priced place to stay in Oxnard. But, we found out that the hotels in the area were overpriced. We decided to stay at La Quinta Inn. While the hotel was clean and they provide breakfast,... More

Overall this was a pleasant hotel since I was just travelling through. It was my first time traveling with my Corky dog. I was disappointed that there was no fridge in my room ( my fault i should have done further search on their description of the rooms), it is only available in the deluxe rooms. After moving all the... More

Helpful great staff begins your experience, the rooms all recently remodeled. Great clean pool in the center of the hotel. Central location for beaches, oxnard or ventura. Dog friendly, they even have a lawn zone with doggy doo bags. Comfy beds! Great wake up to a nice breakfast, with coffee, waffles, fruits and other great ammenities. Every staff member was... More

Was pleased with stay. Arrangements were made easily, and smoothly. Most importantly to me, the hotel was quiet and clean. I would recommend it as a good place to stay, safe, close to the downtown area, great freeway access, and with rooms large enough to be comfortable and possibly even meet with clients or family.

Decent location off the 101, older property and it shows, Dirty, scary-seriously. Expensive for what you get. Some folks (if you can find them) not very friendly... Would not eat anything in/from this property as its dirty and lots of insects-INSIDE. Rooms are high mileage and smell like smoke. Trash around and in property. Just not kept up. If a... More

Rooms nicely decorated with a clean fresh look. The double beds are on the small side even though they are comfortable. There is a desk and separate wash basin. There are a lot of rooms and the breakfast area to accommodate all guests in the morning is actually insufficient. However, the breakfast buffet is regularly replenished. This hotel seems popular... Rooms A/C would only blow hot air. 88 degrees inside upon entering at 10:30pm. Took 30 minutes to get working with no help from staff. Maintenance staff not present. Bathroom had a urine odor. Daily service to room was very poor, trash cans not emptied daily, no bath soap or kleenex left on a daily basis. Tub & sink not... More

OK - I write this with an open mind. We stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend. To all those thinking of staying here with your pets, please allow me to be blunt. If saving a typical $50-$75 hotel pet fee is important to you, then this place is for you. However, the grounds are not pet friendly at... More
