I stayed here over one night last week for business. The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Both the public areas and guest rooms are clean and tasteful, and the food at Pacifico's, the restaurant, was delicious. I will go out of my way to stay here again!

Ventura Beach Marriott is really beautiful, and a great place to stay. I live nearby, and stay here to get away every once in a while. The rooms are clean and a nice size. We stayed for one night on our way from LA to Santa Barbara on a Friday evening. The hotel and Ventura Beach exceed our expectations. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Had a drink in the bar and the waitress recommended an excellent italian restaurant in the downtown area. The room was a nice size and very clean.

Clean. Friendly. Great amenities. For the price you can't beat it. I was here on a business trip and took advantage of their great pool/spa and fitness area. The bar/restaurant is also a great lounge area w/free WiFi access. I would definitely stay here when I am in the area again.

The Ventura Beach Marriott exceeded all my expectations: Excellent services from the hotel's well-trained team, easy walk to the beach and Buenaventura State Park, very nice warm outdoor pool, quiet (even though close to the highway). {One does have to ask in advance for a microwave and mini-refigerator.}
