This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. Can we say Ghetto! Pube hair on the bathroom floor...not mine or my husband's. Hair in the sink! Afraid to sleep in the bed in case we get a visit during the night. Ugh! I want my money back!!!

Room was clean. Poor plumbing maintenance. Tub drain was partially clogged. No improvement occurred during my stay. Outdoor pool was too dirty to swim in. In room linens were inadequate each day of our stay. Front desk was quick to replenish the required linens when the request was made.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms was clean and the staff was great when helping me. When I came down for breakfast the next morning the food was hot and plenty of everything. I know where I will be staying next time I get back there.

Great location, great staff, lots of restaurants close--even within walking distance. Movies right down the street and you can take the mountain pass to a Chihuahua game if they're playing. The Sunland Park track and casino are just minutes away. I've never had any issues. I sleep well and get up rested and ready for El Paso's traffic!

We stayed here for a night after a road trip from Carlsbad, NM. It was more than enough for the one night. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The bathroom was worn and the bathroom doorknob was broken, so the door didn't close. But, for us it wasn't an big issue plus $50/night is worth the bathroom... More

First leg of our trip to Florida & spent the night here. As noted before, this place is old and showing the wear! The room and bathroom were clean so along with the reasonable price it was good value for one night.

So it's a little run down (but it's clean) and the breakfast is just OK (pre-packaged cereals, waffles on a TX-shaped iron, and some of the worst coffee ever), but the folks at the desk are really warm, and its location on I-10 east of downtown is great. What sold us was the very affordable price and the large second-floor... More

The breakfast was so different from other LaQuinta's. End time on the weekend was 9:00 AM on Sunday. All LaQuintas we have stayed at on a Sat Night had a 10.00 end time for breakfast. The food offerings were way different. No eggs no biscuits and gravy and much more

Reported television problems to front office twice and was told that the problem would be corrected. Problem was never corrected nor were we contacted to explain why. Was unable to view the evening news, the weather reports for the next day's travel, or three college football games available for viewing.

Must put attention to maintenance. The door lock was broken, the bathtub scratched looks dirty and full of germsI I decided to cancelled the second night and moved to La Quinta East Cielo Vista where we stay most of the times. We live in Chihuahua City and go shopping frequently to E Paso. In the past La Quinta used to... More
