enjoyed my stay here! went with my kids and they had a great time in the pool!! great food and super service!!! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! overall, my stay was great and my kids had a wonderful time! they have some really good Mexican restaurants! conveniently located very close to the airport with a shuttle service!

“Great staff!!”

Good location off the interstate and decent restaurant in the hotel. Live entertainment in the lobby as well. Decent price for what you get. Excellent, attentive, friendly staff who value priority club members. Good stay when in El Paso.

I arrived in El Paso the day of the UTEP-Oklahoma football game. This hotel is close to the Sun Bowl stadium and was filled with Oklahoma fans who are famous for their heavy drinking and rowdiness. “Over priced older hotel!!”

They have remodeled the rooms but did not focus on detail. The ceilings are low with older ceiling tiles, the rooms are really small and lighting is dim. I stayed in room #151. I am surprised holiday inn has not down graded them. I feel they are over priced for the rooms they offer!

“Double check about shuttle service if leaving very early!”

Manager has been responsive about limited shuttle service. He is now starting a shuttle at 5 a.m. and is looking into 24 hour shuttle service.
