Remarkably attentive, friendly, and helpful staff, but neither obsequious nor obtrusive. Transportation a pleasant surprise. Stayed here 1 night in May '07. Room was fine, although due to a nasty lightning storm, all power went out most of the night (8 pm to sometime in the middle of the night).
