This hotel is perfect for the price. The typical hotel whiners should just stay home. I paid $39 a night for 4 nights, and loved it. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the wifi was great. The free breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely perfect location also.

The room was clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was close to the motel. Will stay in this motel again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a room you don't need to spend an arm and a leg for.

The staff were helpful. The location just off the highway was handy for our one night stopover. Walking distance to great food joint. However, there was a very strong smell of raw sewerage around the hotel and in the room. We found if we pushed the plugs down in the bath and sink and shut the toilet door, we were... More

Well, this hotel has been more than expected for the money I spent... Obviously everything was not perfect but very good... The staff was very friendly, perfect english and spanish speakers (you know El Paso is almost Juarez), so helpful and very commited to help you... There's no any complaint about... The location is good, close to 14 and 15... More

Big hotel that was under another flag originally. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and outgoing. The area looks a little rough but I felt totally safe during the two nights that I was there. No problems having my assistance dog there either! :)

The Wi-Fi in the rooms wasn't working. The room was dirty, the carpet was stained all over the place and it smelled horrible. The pool was closed all the time. There's a stupid rule about leaving a 5 dollar deposit to use the Jacuzzi like really? If we're paying for the room it should include all the amenities for free... More

Diana, First off I want to apologize that you didn't have a pleasant stay, that's really not what we're really about! Everyone at the hotel, strives to their best in every way. Certainly some of the things are out of reach for us, such as the limited breakfast items. We do offer breakfast for free, so we do our best... More

This wasn't as nice as it was advertised nor did the photos match the level of maintenance. The location was somewhat industrial and I worried about my car getting broken into all night. The place wasn't kept up very well, people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel were hanging out in the parking lots while leaving stones... More

Donna, From the entire staff, we are truly sorry that your stay wasn't pleasant. I'd like to apologize as the manager for this. The particular night that you stayed in was the night of a card game tournament we were hosting. We had tons of people come out for the tournament including those who weren't staying at the hotel. The... More

We were so disappointed with our stay there. We reserved a room for a few days there on-line. Which was a big mistake. The on-line pics made the hotel look great, when in fact it was crappy. The hallway smelled of mildew & the rug was so dirty. Our room smelled like it hadn't been used for years and had... More

We understand your dissatisfaction and as the owner I'd like to get to the bottom of this. I have personally been keeping a close eye on maintenance problems throughout the hotel. Since your stay from July, we have undergone major improvements including shampooing the carpet and making repairs in each hotel room. I hope you can give us another chance... More

An Inn in this price range is definitely not going to compare evenly with a more expensive hotel. This particular property is well built, but lacks from some TLC - wall paper is peeling, plumbing is "Mickey Mouse", and so on. But, if you just need a cheap place to stay, I recommend this location. Bring your own shampoo and... More

Mike, Thanks for the review! I appreciate the time you took to review the hotel. The TLC you mentioned is being worked on as we speak. We are minimizing the amount of rooms that do need repairs, so progress is being made! I am the new manager at the establishment, and I am looking into these matters as a personal... More
