Mold around the vents, obvious water spots on ceiling, the heat did not always work. Despite all this the staff tries really hard to please. It's almost a shame they have to work in such an envt, b/c the staff deserves a 5/5 the hotel itself facilities is a 2/5... the pool area looked nice and the lobby area looked... More

hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean. beds were comfortable. shower worked well. large selection for breakfast, including made-to-order eggs/omelettes. hotel staff was a little less than helpful at times. elevators were very slow and sometimes were out of service. decent pool and exercise room. hot tub was also out of service. Thank you TODC Sorry about the speed of the elevators, we are a vintage property and our in the planning stage of a full make over including elevators. Our hot tub gets an extreme amount of use and must be taken out of service for cleaning, I checked and it was down for that reason. I noticed your comment regarding... More

We stayed in this hotel this weekend to attend the Sunbowl. The hotel itself is older, but looked clean from the front entrance and check in was quick. We got to our room and settled in, some, the beds are small! This room is for 6 and there are only full sized beds, we also had bugs in our room.... More

Usually, I love Embassy Suites, for two obvious reasons. Happy Hour and Made to Order Breakfast. So I chose this hotel, as I had an early flight out of town the next morning, and it was less than 2 miles from the airport. I also usually like the rooms at the Embassy Suites, but this is a very old hotel,... More

First let me apologize for disturbing your nights sleep, this was an emergency has we experienced a water leak inside the walls that connect the plumbing to each room. Unfortunately room below yours was flooding and my maintenance staff had to check all the rooms above. The banging was from them opening the wall to stop the flooding. We are... More

This is by far the worst hilton property I've stayed at. Rooms are outdated, the equipment in the fitness room is broken, the shuttle only runs once per hour to the airport and they have a $5 minimum at the snack shop for room charges. All this for only $162 per night. More

I recently stayed there to attend a friend's son's wedding. While I was skeptical, having read the reviews -- I was pleasantly surprised. First of all -- this is not a four- or five-star hotel. I did give it four "dots" (not to be confused with a star rating) because - a very good buffet breakfast each morning. Omelets custom-made.... More

Big! Comfortable! And the open bar took all my stress from work away. Bonus, not to far from airport. More

Very nice rooms, but the only free item was the breakfast and van to the airport. Every hotel I've been in, especially those dealing with travel in/near Mexico gives complimentary water bottles...here..$4. Free internet? NOPE..$5 per day. I complained to the front desk, comparing their lack of service to other places, and got a code to get the free internet... More

Checked in, the setup is weird, I highly doubt this hotel started as an Embassy Suites. Saw a bum in the parking lot while getting my suitcase. Room is dingy, you can't control the thermostat, TV is OLD and tiny (30 inches maybe?), toilet seat was up with hair in it, stains on the carpet and curtains. So close to... More
