Mold around the vents, obvious water spots on ceiling, the heat did not always work. Despite all this the staff tries really hard to please. hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean. beds were comfortable. shower worked well. large selection for breakfast, including made-to-order eggs/omelettes. hotel staff was a little less than helpful at times. elevators were very slow and sometimes were out of service. decent pool and exercise room. hot tub was also out of service.

We stayed in this hotel this weekend to attend the Sunbowl. The hotel itself is older, but looked clean from the front entrance and check in was quick. I am a diamond member with Hilton and so far this has been my worst experience at Embassy suites, El Paso, Texas....Very old, dirty and terrible customer service!! I will never recommend this hotel to anybody!!!
