hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean. beds were comfortable. shower worked well. large selection for breakfast, including made-to-order eggs/omelettes. hotel staff was a little less than helpful at times. elevators were very slow and sometimes were out of service. decent pool and exercise room. hot tub was also out of service. We stayed in this hotel this weekend to attend the Sunbowl. The hotel itself is older, but looked clean from the front entrance and check in was quick. I am a diamond member with Hilton and so far this has been my worst experience at Embassy suites, El Paso, Texas....Very old, dirty and terrible customer service!! I will never recommend this hotel to anybody!!! More

This is by far the worst hilton property I've stayed at. Rooms are outdated, the equipment in the fitness room is broken, the shuttle only runs once per hour to the airport and they have a $5 minimum at the snack shop for room charges. All this for only $162 per night. More

Checked in, the setup is weird, I highly doubt this hotel started as an Embassy Suites. Saw a bum in the parking lot while getting my suitcase.
