This hotel is in a perfect location for my purpose, close to the airport and close to restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The happy hour was a nice touch and the great breakfast in the morning (all complimentary) hit the spot. This was my second time there and this time the room had... more

On travel for work with 4 others, we checked in for one night around 6:30pm and headed to our rooms before going to eat. Other than the 4 ladies in my group, there was only 1 other woman that we saw. Hotel seemed busy but unusually male concentration. After finally getting the stuck door open I entered to the smell... more

This was the second Hawthorn Inn we stayed at and we are done with this property and the brand as a whole. Thankfully Hyatt Gold Passport has ended its affiliation with this brand because all the points in the world aren't worth putting up with shoddy, rundown, chains like Hawthorn! The room was dark, dank, dingy and dated. The breakfast... more

Trust me you'll be much better off at the Marriot across the street. The staff is not very well trained to work in the hospitality industry. When I showed up they could not find my name in the system and was told that they were overbooked and I would need to go to another hotel. I pulled out my confirmation... more

A group of us stayed here on business. One person had to switch hotels as the room had stained carpet and was overall not clean. After substantial complaining, a stay was arranged at the Wyndham for this person. The remainder of us tolerated a 3-day stay as we were too busy on business to arrange alternative arrangements. The property was... more

It was ok stay, we check in late and our reservation was there, room was neat but small, there was a head lamp not working, great swiming pool, heard upper neighbors, not much of airplanes considering that airport is 1 mile far. parking lot was dark not very lighted, Good hot breakfast buffet, it worked for our purpose... more

We booked this hotel through Orbitz and got a better deal than that offered by the hotel's own website. $65.85 + tax for a total of $80.95. Had a king no smoking. Room was a bit small for a King. Perhaps designed for a standard double but it was comfortable and walls were thick enough that I did not hear... more

Good location close to the airport. Rooms small but adequate. Pretty pool area. Surly desk clerk when we checked in but everybody else was pleasant and friendly. Superb free breakfast. Cocktail hour in the evening with free drinks and popcorn. Planes flying over the hotel create a little noise but not too bad. Would stay here again, in fact, I... more

This hotel is convenient to the El Paso airport, they will let you park your car on their property for free while you are gone and run a shuttle pretty much all the time (air crews overnight here). They provide a decent breakfast buffet too. So why do I not like this place...well, the rooms..Two people and a king size... more
