I was moving from Las Vegas to San Antonio on 3/31/09 and had to stop in El Paso because I had just driven through three states and had been on the road for almost 14 hours and it was going to be another 600-700 miles before I got into San aNtonio. The manager was really nice; he was by himself and there quite a few people trying to check in; her was courteous to all of us but he seemed rushed seeing that hw was trying to check in guests and answer phone calls; When came back an 1/2 hour later it looked like the nite manager was there and was hwlping the day manger and again they were both nice guys. The room though OMG so gross; the sheets didnt even look clean to the point I asked mgmt to give me new sheets and I changed the bed myself; the carpet looked so dirty and the toliet ran all night; I was so tired that I didnt even ask to change rooms; slept with one eye open and got the [----] out of there as early as I could. Please do not stay there!!!! more
