4 Night stay, 5+ minutes to airport. Heat and Thermostat worked well producing heat--much quieter than the ssytem in most hotels. Very quiet rooms with excellent window insulation so very limited highway noise. We were on first floor next to exercise room Rm 106) but still quiet. Free Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausage, English muffins. One day had egg... More

Overall the room was clean. The shower pressure was decent. The wifi was free and worked well. The thermostat gave me some issues. It never seemed to regulate correctly. It wasn't a big deal but something to note. The other thing was the elevators. They scared me. They would jerk. Being on the 6th floor it was unsettling. Lots of... More

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Check, in was quick, and the gentleman was vey friendly and helpful. We asked for a wine opener and he gave us one, no questions asked. We had a room with a view of the city and mountains, we watched the sunset. Breakfast was fabulous, hot. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, fruit, juices...all very good and fresh.... More

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. Service was great both times and we plan to patronize again when we need accommodations in this area. The staff was courteous and professional as usual.

The hotel lobby and room were nice, but the important things such as sleep quality, comfort and the bathroom were poor. Our bed seemed very old, we could feel the springs, and was so loud that we woke each other up every time we moved around in bed. Also, the highway noise was so loud, that if the fan wasn't... More

This is a well-used hotel near the highway. As usual for Hyatt it is well run and the staff was very good. Kind of dicey neighborhood - I saw a suspicious man circling the hotel several times. Food was good too. Beware of the elevator - one acted like it will die any second and bumps and jerks all the... More

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For various reasons I had two consecutive reservations and the front desk staff made sure I wouldn't have to switch rooms in the middle of my stay. They also helped extend my reservation a day in the same room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There is a wide screen TV and... More

Love this hotel and will always stay here when going thru El Paso. Safe and close to all good restaurants and shopping. Rooms are really contemporary and spacious and the beds are great! Nice area in hotel for a quick drink or meal if you just want to stay in.

As with all Hyatt Place hotels, the rooms are nice, and large, with a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. I have stayed here a couple of times, but after the first time, I ask for a room as far away from the Interstate as possible - the highway noise is pretty bad ... I didn't sleep so good... More

Website says they are pet friendly, however, you are charged a $75.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee. Be AWARE! Also, El Paso is in the desert. You would assume they would include lotion with the toiletries, NOT!
