We recently had a very nice stay at this hotel. Great room layout for work and relaxing to watch tvs. Friendly staff was very helpful and knowledable. Make a great recommendation for dinner and provided directions to the places we wanted to go. Only a cold breakfast in the morning, but it was good. The location was convenient for the... More

I've stayed at this hotel a few times a year since it first opened. It's a great value, close to the airport but not noisy, and the service is top notch! More

Great experience! I had been at a few other hotels in town and they were extremely run down. Grateful that we found one in a good location that was clean and comfortable! More

Visited from a small town in Washington where everyone is super friendly so I had very low expectations. However I was in for a surprise! The staff was very friendly and service oriented. The first night my husband and I went downstairs to ask for a taxi and we were offered a ride to and from our restaurant. The shuttle... More

I'm a Hilton Honor member, actually I am a Gold member. So when I started looking for hotel in El Paso for a one night business trip with my boss, I look at first for a Hilton family hotel. After looking and realizing that none of the hilton family hotels had the the rate of $85 for State Government employees,... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights on a Hotwire reservation for $49+ per night Sat/Sun. Had a rental car so cannot address shuttle service. Hotel is clean with friendly staff members. Breakfast is included and consists mostly of carbs (assorted breads, muffins, cereals and doughnuts) and sliced fruit. One hot item was included each day - biscuits/gravy one day... More

This hotel restored our faith in the Hyatt brand after a horrible and never again stay at their ft lauderdale north location. It was noisy and hard to get into to because its near the freeway but it has everything near it like shopping etc. The breakfast was great and staff friendly. More

I can not say anything bad about my stay. I was visting my husband who is in the military and the location of the hotel was just close enough to the base to go there if needed but also far enough away to forget work for the weekend. I was very surprised of how quite it was in our room... More

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Place. I really loved everything about this hotel. Hyatt put in some extra $ to give the lobby area a cool, modern ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in couldn't have been easier. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Very comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, brand new flatscreen... More
