The hotel is nice looking with a top end pool area but staff is unexperienced. Know nothing about hospitality! Service used to be much better the first couple of months of being open and has gone downward since....Breakfast hours are confusing, at check in key holder it says breakfast until 11 am, at guest rooms book with services states 1030... more

Looked newly renovated with big flat screen tv's. Very clean! Covered Parking--Hotel staff discovered that We forgot to roll up our car window within 20 minutes front desk notified us and a hotel staff stayed by our car until we came down to vehicle. ( We had x-box 360 + games, gps, and other valuables left in the car )... more

Terrific hotel walking distance from Camino Real. Very accommodating staff.... be sure to check out the 7th floor pool bar, nice views of El Paso and Cd. Juarez. Room selection tip: avoid rooms ending in "19," since they back-up to the elevator shaft.... you will hear the elevators going back and forth, rattling stuff in your room, etc. more

My business trip took me to El Paso in April 2009 and I stayed at the Doubletree 2 weeks after it opened. It is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds and a great location. The hotel has a big terrace on the 7th floor that overlooks Mexico and in the evening they have free drinks and a fire pit.... more

Brand new hotel (effectively, it was stripped down to a shell and rebuilt) with very nice rooms - granite counters, big flat screen televisions, plush linens. Friendly staff and easy parking.
