I made reservation on line and made attempts one day in advance to contact the hotel. There was no answer at the hotel. Upon arrival for a four day stay, I asked about the phone service and was advised the phone system was down and there was no idea when it would be up again. On my final day, the phone was turned on. There was never any apology or offer of any discount to the $100 per night rate (inc tax). My air conditioning was not operational so I had to change my room immediately after the 24 hour drive. The front desk personnel were rarely at the desk area, not attentive and two of the three I spoke with on the numerous occasions of faulty keys, were not friendly. There has been a sign stating the front desk attendant is assisting a guest for three of the four days I have been here. There are no movie options on the television service. The volumn on the television is programed to not go above a moderate level which cannot be heard with the air conditioner on. My door... more
