An odd place. The rooms are nice enough and the location is great...but the overall feel of the hotel is simply awful. The elevators are pretty screwed up. Seems like a petty gripe, I know, but let me explain...constantly had to wait (and wait and wait) to catch one. There is no staff elevator so usually you are crammed in... more

Elevators at our hotel can be an issue. As we have 14 floors and the guest rooms start at the 4th floor, the elevators are in constant use. With only 3 elevators, it would be hard to designate 1 elevators to just be used by staff. However, I do think we may look for other options, rescheduling certain duties to...

I decided to pay a bit more and booked an executive floor balcony room with a queen bed for a night on the town with my husband. Check in was easy and the room was spotless, but it was not worth the extra money I paid. It was literally the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My husband... more

The next time you want to have a night out on the town I hope you will choose to stay with us again. Admittedly our queen rooms are smaller in footage, where as our king rooms are much more spacious. It may also explain the air conditioning being so loud as you were much closer to it. Thank you for...

The hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, looks great. The rooms are modern and comfortable with excellent views of the city or river. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Found a great price online, making it by far the best option for a somewhat higher-end hotel experience downtown. more

Location: Downtown Little Rock. Noise not a factor if you have a city view. Easy access from the airport - about a 10 minute drive. Staff Service: Terrible encounter at check in. Requested river view room. Was told at 12:30 pm that there were none. Offered to check in later when one was clean and available. Told none would be... more

The DoubleTree in Little Rock is my favorite hotel in the country--and I've stayed a lot of places. I like the location, newly renovated rooms, the club lounge, the business center, exercise room, covered parking, and--most of all-- the people. The people who work here are unfailingly nice and friendly. That includes everyone--from the cleaning and maintenance staff I meet... more

I stayed at this hotel when there was an ice storm. My husband stayed the night and I then stayed during the day since I work night shift. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I LOVE the beds!! So comfortable. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff were very noisy. They were aware... more

This is my second review of this particular property. The renovations are now complete, and the hotel is better than I described the first time. Just to recap: free wireless internet, updated modern/traditional decor, decent workout facility, Neutrogena toiletry products, 42 inch plasma screen televisions in each room, reasonable dinner prices in the restaurant onsite, and a warm cookie upon... more

The hotel underwent a total remodel in 2008 and it shows. The facility has a completely fresh look, new paint, wallpaper, furniture, TV's, beds - everything. The rooms have large screen LCD HD TV's, granite countertops - very plush. I was very impressed with the remodel and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their staff. I have... more

Stayed here for a family wedding. I had booked my room through priceline, and was not given the option of extra nights. I talked to the frontdesk manager (Mary). she was the nicest, most accomidating person I have ever delt with. She let me make reservations for extra nights at the priceline price. The rooms were very nice, (recently redone,... more

A weekend in Little Rock has a lot of potential. The city is pretty, there are a lot of good and reasonable restaurants, and interesting things to see. The downtown is compact, and the Doubletree Hotel is well located on Markham St, next to the Robinson Center--where many cultural events are held. The hotel is walking distance to the Clinton... more
