We decided to spend the evening here for our anniversary and this was a wonderful experience! After handing the keys to the valet, we walked through the door and were immediately the concierge greeted us by name. She took us to our room for a personal check-in experience. She informed us that we had been upgraded to a better room... More

Second visit to this hotel. This is an excellent mixture of a nod to the past coupled with modern amenities. The room (two doubles) was larger than expected, with high ceilings. The bathroom was quite large. Everything was very clean. Incredible personal attention-the concierge, LIndsay, walked us personally to our room at check in (no waiting in line). She asked... More

My colleagues and I stayed overnight at The Capital Hotel for business trip this month. While the hotel is fantastic and the rooms are gorgeous, the best part of our trip was the outstanding customer service. My colleagues and I arrived in Little Rock exhausted after long delays due to a winter storm in the area. Upon arriving at the... More

Staff is great, it is a cool spot, and I had high hopes BUT.....For business travel, skip it. No coffee maker in room, free coffee in the lobby, but why do I have to go down there to get it? Room is TINY. Desk is tiny with too many folders and other trhings you need to move to have a... More

Quite refreshing to find a clean hotel these days! Because we are careful about germs, I take sanitizing wipes for door knobs, light switches, etc...all around the room and bathroom. There are usually visual places that need cleaning, even in the nicest of hotels. There was ABSOLUTELY nothing found on these wipes at all. There was no dust, no mark... More

While we only live an hour away, my husband and I love staying at The Capital Hotel! We love the beauty of the architecture, the lovely guest rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, the restaurant and the bar, and the warm customer service. It's a gem not to be missed!

Pricy but nice hotel. Service is excellent. Food at One 11 was great but the bar food is almost as good. Cool atmosphere! We enjoyed our stay! This place is rated number one for a reason! This year we stayed the day before Valentine's Day and ate ate the restaurant with their fixed menu. Food was great. Don't expect a... More

LOVED this gem of a hotel located in the heart of downtown Little Rock! The awe-inspiring lobby with old-school mosaic tile floors, great restaurant, and cozy bar made this place feel like home. Skip the Marriott plopped across the road and stay here and enjoy the ambiance of a historic hotel that's still in its prime. The rooms are gorgeous... More

This hotel is in a great location and we had a weekend long event there, everything was fabulous! While my room's air conditioning did not work temporarily, the staff re-accommodated me, took care of my entire bill, AND sent me flowers. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great for the weekend!

I decided to surprise my wife for our 31st anniversary by spending the weekend in Little Rock. Ten years earlier, we had shared a fabulous time at the Capital on our anniversary. Since that trip, the historical property has undergone a complete restoration and is even more grand than before. To be completely honest, we have stayed at many beautiful... More
