This hotel is located in our hometown, and my wife and I have wanted to experience it. They offered a holiday package to include room, breakfast and a custom glass Christmas ornament so we booked a room. The Razorbacks were in town so we were also able to take the trolley from the hotel to Verizon arena. The hotel staff... More

After almost 10 years, the Capital Hotel, is having high tea over Christmas. They offer A nice selection of teas, scones with clotted cream, a variety of tea sandwiches, & delicious mini desserts. Our waitperson was Remo, was extremely attentive, & the experience reminded us of a similar tea at Ashford Castle in Ireland. Truly hope the Capital does this... More

First rate bar, elegant restaurant, world class antique building... gorgeous. Fantastic from one end to the other. I am a local, and this is a treat once can only go so long without visiting. Even if you don't stay here, at least visit the bar and get an interior view of the lobby. It's like you'd expect Rett Butler to... More

The Capital is by far the best of the Little Rock hotels I have visited. It's a bit of a throwback (in a good way) in terms of elegance, service and size of public areas and guest rooms. The service is excellent and gracious in a way that has been lost at many business hotels. The updated bar and restaurant... More

For my birthday my wife treated us to a weekend "away" from home at the Capital Hotel. We live in Little Rock and have seen this property go from a historically significant near ruin to an elegant, thriving business. We have attended functions at the Capital but this is the first time I ever spent the night there. We have... More

This hotel is a beautiful old building and well worth a visit. It is centrally located in Little Rock. During December the hotel is decorated and it worth a visit just to see the enormous Christmas Tree. The staff are very pleasant and helpful indeed. I love having cocktails at the bar especially the Moscow Mules. You can also sit... More

Knowing this was a historic hotel, we anticipated an older, less maintained property. Boy were we wrong, they have kept up the facility and maintained the quaint historic aspects while keeping it very modern and clean. The service was great, the rooms very nice and the onsite restaurants great as well. You can't beat the location right in town and... More

I arrived at the airport in Little Rock at close to midnight, to find that the airline had managed to lose my luggage. I had a full day of business meetings starting the next day, and no clothing or toiletries. I was met by the hotel Concierge, Jimmy, who accompanied me to the luggage department and helped to try and... More

We were just driving through Little Rock and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. I'm finding that I appreciate the older hotels that still have all the updated necessities like wifi but most important its comfortable, has great beds/bedding & atmosphere. They have a great bar & restaurant downstairs and there is a 2nd floor veranda that we found... More
