Rooms are in three separate multi-story buildings with elevators, normal maintenance and upkeep. Buildings are on uneven ground so walking to office could be a challenge. My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and were delighted with it. Very nice and clean. No noise, very convienent. The Residents Inn on Shackleford is a great place to stay. Make your reservations through the internet , you will get better rates. Whatever the rate, you will find it well worth it. more

This hotel advertises internet service. As a business traveler, I need this. For two nights, they were unable to fix the problem. It is not "high" speed, not is it wireless. They give you a "bridge" to connect. First, they didn't have any bridges. Then, it wouldn't work. Also, food made me sick. Comfortabel bed and clean. more
