first room had broken lock, several public hairs inside bed sheets, only 1 towel in bathoroom, and no air conditioning... they moved us to different room with air conditioning, we cut hand on metal strip on bedside table (possibly meant to hold remote for tv perminently attached to top)... rugs torn, bath room very dirty, hair in sink, etc. desk... more
