We enjoyed this relatively new hotel in the River Market district, right "smack dab" in the middle of the shops, night life, galleries, restaurants, etc. My favorite restaurant for authentic Arkansas flavor is the Flying Fish, next door--the Billy Bass Adoption Center is a hoot, along with the liars wall. We were looking for a hotel close to the Clinton Library. This is within one walking block . The hotel uses a public parking garage ($7 a day) free in and out privileges.The restaurant has a $7.95 buffet breakfast with hot eggs and waffles.
