I would point out Veronica at the front desk who gave exceptional service, warm, friendly personality, cared about the guests, put her best foot forward to help guests. This was my first trip to Arkansas on business. The hotel was fantastic! Room are spacious, the lobby was beautiful. what a pleasant experience. Veronica at the front desk was super helpful. She recommended a little bar & restaurant call the West End. She called a cab for us and was always so pleasant. Thanks Veronica!

wonderful place to stay, best breakfast in town. Close to lots of places to eat or shop. Robyn and Veronica at the front desk take great care of everything and Brenda serves the great breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only place to stay in Little Rock.
