My sister-in-law and I stayed here for several nights during my brother's stay at UAMS. This Inn is run like a small family B&B instead of the usual impersonal hotel chain. They definitely cater to hospital patients and family members. I purchased a gift certificate for my sister-in-law to stay for additional nights, but before she could use the certificate, my brother passed away. Several months later when she located the gift certificate, she contacted Cynthia at the Inn. Cynthia immediately refunded the gift certificate. You just don't find this kind of response and genuine compassion from the large hotel chains. The location is very convenient to the hospitals and several restaurants. One of the real highlights of the Inn is the free breakfasts.
