The customer service at the Crowne Plaza was incredible. Every employee acknowledged me and it was clear that they enjoy working at their hotel. The Crowne Plaza Little Rock is an old Holiday Inn Select that went through a complete renovation. Nothing was left untouched in the rennovation leaving a brand new hotel that is really really excellent especially with the lack of choices in Little Rock.
