Recently I stayed at the Peabody Little Rock with a convention. Having worked in the Travel Industry for years and visited numerous cities and 4 and 5 star hotels, I have come to appreciate excellent service. I have to admit that I am very hard to please and my expectations are high, but this Hotel truly delivered. From the moment... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Peabody Little Rock. My wife and I usually try to stay in the best hotels we can find when we travel. The hotel is very nice. The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and have a great view. We took advantage of the turndown service every night. Kid Friendly: A lot of... more

The people and the service they provided were outstanding. From the driver of the airport shuttle (Titus) to the Duck Master to the woman on the concierge floor, everyone provided outstanding service. It wasn't just the people at the Peabody either. Every where we went, the people were just fantastic. Very friendly and interested in you. We went to the... more

Generally well located, downtown, connected to the convention center and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and riverfront entertainment. Perhaps 10-15 minutes and a $20 cab fare from the airport. It's a convention hotel, so if you don't have a badge on you'll feel like an outsider. The product , while well maintained, is clearly a in need of... more

Unfortunately, our poor service began at the airport. I had arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at 11:15pm. Our flight was about 15 minutes late, but I called the hotel's front desk to notify them. I was told, "No problem; the shuttle will be waiting." We walked out to the designated area. No shuttle. I called the... more

If you've been to the original Peabody in Memphis, Tennessee, don't be fooled by this mock imitation in Little Rock - they're nothing alike. Though the Peabody was highly recommended to my colleague and me, we were sorely disappointed at every turn. Our rate was $219/night for what we expected to be a large, upgraded room, including breakfast. We walked... more

I want to offer my sincere apologies for this experience. We too, greatly respect our sister property The Peabody Memphis. Many of us worked there in the past and attempt everyday to emulate the Peabody service standards. Clearly, in this case we did not meet this guest's expectations and I feel badly about that. I inspected the guest room refered...

The Peabody Little Rock was the venue for our recent advertising association conference. I've never felt so welcomed and pampered by a hotel/conference facility. Clearly, the management of this hotel made certain every detail was addressed, from a personal welcome by the general manager, to embroidered robes, to chocolate covered strawberries and ducks each time I returned to my room.... more

The Peabody was highly recommended, which is why our experience came as such a shock. The room, which was on the 19th floor, was dark and poorly decorated. One of the elevator buttons didn't work. Our breakfast, which was provided on the 18th floor for "special guests", was the absolute worst. The coffee was so bad, we opted instead to... more

My sincere apologies for this disappointment. As is the case with the other guest from Austin, I will follow up on these service discrepancies and make necessary corrections. Our guest satisfaction levels are at an all time high throughout the last year, but we clearly dropped a ball on this visit. Again, I apologize and hope that we can serve...

My friends and I arrived at the Peabody on Sept. l7 for a three night "girlfriend get away". We try to do this at least 2 or 3 times a year. We picked Little Rock this time because it is only a 4 hr. drive from our town. The Peabody is a really nice, pretty place. Loved seeing the ducks,... more

I stayed at the Peabody from Sept. 1 thru Sept. 6 for a convention. I was not pleased with the room or the service. Given what I paid per day for the room, $133.00+per day, it was sorely lacking in amenities - not even a coffee pot. The room was equiped with internet access, but the cord was so short... more
