Charged for room even though paid through Orbitz at booking. When I showed them proof, refused to refund. Rooms are Awfull. Repair of motel is the worst of any cheap motel I've ever seen. Orbitz over books the rooms and charges you for rooms that are not available: sign on door stating they will not honor reservations.

Thanks to all of the reviews, I had a good hunch of what to expect. Bottom line: if you are tight on cash and don't flinch easily, it's fine. I survived. Also, apparently the hotel was pretty booked, because they gave me a free upgrade. Sweeeet! Here are the things I took pics of for room 209: 1. The door... More

I have traveled all over the USA and the Middle East as a US Marine and this is absolutely the worse motel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine, floor was filthy, no soap or shampoo (had to call twice), bathroom was in horrible shape, and an old TV from the 60s. The wifi did not work... More

Great cheap place. Ive stayed in dumps being a poor college kid this is not one. We had a nice bed and a warm shower and heat. The front desk lady was super nice. I would stay here again. Sure its not a five star place it is older but i cant complain.

We reserved this room through Hotwire (whom we will be contacting) as a 2 star hotel. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. If negative points were allowed, it would be a -10. The rooms were absolutely filthy. The carpet was sticky. Don't even think of taking your shoes off. EEWWW. The floor sloped... More

The night clerk was very nice. Cedar City is awesome little Utah town. Cedar Breaks National Monument is awesome. At Cedar Breaks National Monument the have star parties a few times a year. You would have to call the ranger station to get the dates of the star parties. You can see Saturn from Cedar Breaks National monument on some... More

There is no other way to explain it, this place is a dump. Everything about it. I have stayed at cheap hotels before, but cheap does not always equate to NASTY. The place is falling apart, literally..

This place needs shut down!!!!! It is nasty!!! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Long story short we didn't expect it to be terrible like it is. Nasty smell to the office and rooms. Old beds and pillows. AC turns off after so long and they almost let us check out and leave before they came and turned... More

I didn't realize motels this bad still existed! I mean, maybe in some inner city, but in Cedar City, Utah? There was carpet sort of laid over top of obviously some sort of holes, because if you walked on the side of the bed you almost fell down. If you lay on the bed you could see the crack running... Modest rooms, but the price is extremely cheap. Great location close to restaurants , grocery stores and suu campus. Staff was super accommodating. Great value for the money spent. We . Would and will recommend this motel to friends and family.
