This is a very friendly, efficient, and clean place to stay. No frills, economical, good location, and lots of parking. I would stay here agin. The bedding was worn, but it was clean. The managers were very helpful.

You can`t go wrong by choosing this motel for a night or two if you are going to Cedar City. Great value for money. Spacious rooms with the basic elements in place for a couple of days stay. Our room appeared clean and tidy and we did not miss anything. Helpful and friendly owner. Unfortunately we did not have the... More

Really bad moldy smell, talk to the manager he didn't care, had to pay $20.00 to get a different room, he became rude and would not switch rooms as courtesy. Will not stay here even if it was free....

The reviewer isn't telling the truth. When the housekeeper went into the room, there was no mold or mold smell or anything like that. The manager went to check after that, and yep there wasn't anything like that as the reviewer described. What happened was that the guest checked in early the previous night, and he came to the office... More

Pros: price, restroom seemed clean, fridge/microwave in room Cons: Dirty/stained carpet, chairs, counters & ironing board, dingy towels (though they smelled clean), broken alarm clock. I like to try different types of accommodations. This one was a huge fail.

Thanks for admitting that we have iron / ironing board, microwave / fridge in all rooms, coffee maker and much more in every room for a price that is almost half of other fancier motels/hotels around. Next time when you'll come here, you will also find new carpet (yep just did it last week) in pretty much every room. Thanks... More

I came up to visit my girlfriend for our anniversary and booked the cheapest room within walking distance of her house. When I chose this property, I had low expectations--I wanted somewhere with a bed and a shower, I didn't care much about anything else. This motel completely exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and... More

The room was clean and quiet and larger than a normal room. Breakfast was basic but for a 50 dollar room was good. Everybody was friendly both at check in and checkout. I would stay at this motel next time I am traveling through the utah area.

Rooms were comfy. It was appreciated to have a room towards the back from the street for quiet. The free breakfast was a bit below basic. Notably the waffle batter seemed watered down and the final product was so gummy inside I tossed em out. No fruit and really flimsy, tiny plastic cutlery

Its not the Ritz or Hilton but it doesn't cost like it either. Room was clean, everything working and in good repair. For $45 a night plus tax this makes a good deal for a one night sleep over or a few days in the area. Located right on the main drag, quiet spot, lots of room for parking, close... More

Grant it the Knight's Inn in Cedar City, Utah is not the most up to date motel I have ever stayed, but for the money you can not beat it. The room are nice and clean and the front desk personnel are awesome. I stayed for over two weeks and they treated me like a king. The rooms are a... More
