Had a great vacation in Brice canyon. Spent all my evening hours at Knights Inn. The room was Clean and neat with all that I needed. Only drawback was the long walk to the ice machine. All in all I would stay there again if I was in the neighborhood.

This place is very similar to a Motel 6 but slightly better (and I was able to stay there for less than Motel 6 prices). It does have a small free continental breakfast and free wifi. I felt safe despite several businesses in the area being out of business (signs of the current economy).

Clean, comfortable room and quiet. Good value. The staff was very nice. Nice having a fridge and microwave. Nice swimming pool and spa. We stayed here after a visit to Bryce and regretted not having stayed here two nights instead of one night here and one night in Panguitch. Wi-Fi works very well. Good value.

We stayed at the Knight's Inn on the last night of a 2-state trip. I was a bit worried after reading some of these reviews but their bad experinces were NOT ours. We got a decent sized, comfortable room with all the amenities we could ask for. Fridge, microwave, nice large TV with a good selection of channels and easily... More

Our group stayed in the lovely campus dorms recently while attending the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival but needed one additional night's lodging. We ended up at this chain, paid $55 for our room and pretty much got an average place in an average chain with average breakfast. The rooms were clean but dated, the outside a bit shabby and neither... More

This is a very friendly, efficient, and clean place to stay. No frills, economical, good location, and lots of parking. I would stay here agin. The bedding was worn, but it was clean. The managers were very helpful.

You can`t go wrong by choosing this motel for a night or two if you are going to Cedar City. Great value for money. Spacious rooms with the basic elements in place for a couple of days stay. Our room appeared clean and tidy and we did not miss anything. Helpful and friendly owner. Unfortunately we did not have the... More

Really bad moldy smell, talk to the manager he didn't care, had to pay $20.00 to get a different room, he became rude and would not switch rooms as courtesy. Will not stay here even if it was free....

The reviewer isn't telling the truth. When the housekeeper went into the room, there was no mold or mold smell or anything like that. The manager went to check after that, and yep there wasn't anything like that as the reviewer described. What happened was that the guest checked in early the previous night, and he came to the office... More

Pros: price, restroom seemed clean, fridge/microwave in room Cons: Dirty/stained carpet, chairs, counters & ironing board, dingy towels (though they smelled clean), broken alarm clock. I like to try different types of accommodations. This one was a huge fail.

Thanks for admitting that we have iron / ironing board, microwave / fridge in all rooms, coffee maker and much more in every room for a price that is almost half of other fancier motels/hotels around. Next time when you'll come here, you will also find new carpet (yep just did it last week) in pretty much every room. Thanks... More
