Very clean and comfy. The woman who helped me was very nice. Small outdoor pool which the kids enjoyed. Very hot day and the AC worked very well and was quiet. I would recommend this to anyone as a good value budget motel.

No luxury accommodation, this $50 room was clean and well maintained. Pillows could have been better, but good lighting, spacious bathroom counter, and towels and washcloths that weren't worn and threadbare. Our expectations were low given the price, and we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast has no protein options but plenty of carbs if that's your preference. Internet connection was... More

The place is exactly what you think of when you picture a budget motel. My one big complaint is this. They advertise free wifi. That is a gross exaggeration of the truth. The wifi does not work the majority of the time. When it does it is unbelievably slow. If you want wifi avoid this inn.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the University. It's got that standard motel look to it from the outside. Checking in went smooth, they had me in the computer and everything seemed right on the paperwork. When I got to my room is when things went bad. Opened the door to find some minor carpet stains..no issue... More

I'm from the area and quite familiar with most of the hotels and their reputation, you could say. I never heard bad things about this hotel but it was one that I would have probably never considered staying at. But traveling through for one night it fit into our budget (although after staying here I think it was a little... More

Don't listen to the negative reviews, so glad I didn't. This place has more than a hotel that cost twice as much. Spacious room and bath, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and iron with ironing board. Yes, it's a $50 room, but it was a clean room and bed to rest our head for one night. Almost forgot the... More

The location was great. Right between Bryce canyon and Zion national. The staff was nice. The restaurant was also within 5 minutes' drive to many restaurants and supermarket. But try to book ahead of time as this hotel was always full.

I was pleasantly surprised. Our room is very nice. The man at the front desk is very patient and guided us here when our iPhone maps took us to the wrong place. Will stay here every time we are in town!

This is probably the best Knights Inn I've stayed in. Right on Main Street, good location within easy reach of everything you could need in Cedar City. The room was large, spacious and immaculately clean. The WiFi was excellent - strong signal and fast speeds. The only issue was that the walls were a bit thin and neighbouring guests were... More
