Visited as part of Cosmos Trans American Adventure but didnot expect after paying £5,000 for our holiday to find plastic cultlery, cardboard cups and polystyrene plates at breakfast service. Breakfast served in a room that hadnot enough seats for our party and you were encouraged to clear your dishes !! Was expecting to have to clean room before we left.... more

This is a big property with half the rooms on one side of the street and the other half on the other side of the street. We made the mistake of checking in at the wrong half, where a very inexperienced desk clerk was fumbling around. Fortunately we were assigned to one of the very few rooms that are off... more

We stopped here after visiting Bryce Canyon and we were in search of a room quite late. The young men at the desk was a real sweethart and made a good price on a wonderful room. King bed was awesome and comfortable, plenty of clean towels (the nice big, plush ones, not the normal thin hotel towels), the room was... more

You know you can count on Best Western for a decent night's sleep and stay, even though some franchise Inn's can be less exciting, but this Best Western Franchise is really nice, and gets my personal attention in this review! :) The location is really great, right down town Cedar City, lots of nice shops and restaurants close by, and... more

We we're here because of a shakespear festival show in the evening, it was laying very close to the teaters, so totaly ok for that purpuse, i felt it was one of the best choices in town. the room was clean and the checkin friendly, would have liked to give it a halv point more...... Did not use any services... more

We were "drive up" guests, stopped here after visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks. The young man at the desk was pleasant and courteous. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels, etc. The hotel was in town, and within walking distance to several restaurants with easy access to the interstate. We... more

I was shocked that a Best Western would be so downscale. The room was clean, but very dingy and worn. I wouldn't stay here again. more

We had a great room and were pleased with the service provided by the hotel. We booked a jacuzzi suite, which was nice. However, the 'jacuzzi' was a two-person whirpool bath; I had expected something a bit larger. Other hotels in town had rooms with this same feature for less money and advertised as a "two-person whirlpool bath" and not... more

The Town & Country is your typical Best Western--reliably clean and comfortable without too many frills. As the other reviewers have pointed out, this hotel is oddly configured such that it is essentially two hotels--one on either side of the street. We stayed on the north side, which had a pretty good continental breakfast with dry cereal, bagels, and a... more

I've stayed at the Town & County for many years when I go to Cedar for the Shakespearean Festival every August. I've stayed on both sides of the street. So it isn't the Ritz Carlton, for the price it isn't going to be. But it has always been spotlessly clean and I've always found the staff to be friendly and... more
