Our Iron Gate Inn B&B stay was superb. My husband and I enjoy attending the Shakespearen Festival and have stayed at other Cedar City B&B's. Though those stays were nice, we feel that Iron Gate provided the best accommodations. The Inn is most inviting, with comfortable, non-cluttered, tasteful decor. We appreciate healthful, food, and found our breakfasts delicious. The large... More

It's easy to see why this is the #1 B&B in Cedar City. The rooms in this 1897 Victorian home are well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious; we had the scrumptious cherry souffle. The staff were very caring and helpful. Clearly hostess Donna loves what she is doing!

We found this an excellent place to stay in Cedar City. First, it is only a few blocks from the Shakespeare Festival. Secondly, the room we had was large, airy, cheerful and uncluttered. Third, there is a lovely outdoor seating area where one can have the afternoon beverage offering or eat breakfast. Most importantly, Donna, our hostess, made ever effort... More

We stayed in the Grace Mary room which is readily accessible from the rear parking lot. A ramp leads up to the porch at main floor level, then Grace Mary is the first guest room to the right. The room is definitely wheel chair accessible with a roll in shower. The dining room is just down the hall on the... More

While enjoying the Shakespeare Festival, we stayed at the Iron Gate Inn. This Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful stay. A number of features made it special. First, it is walking distance to the Festival and to restaurants and an excellent coffee shop on Main Street. The experience at the Iron Gate Inn was also special due to the excellent... More

Dear Iron Gate Lady of the House, First I would like to say what an incredible experience my fiancé and I have shared at your cozy, top notch establishment. We were blown away by the hospitality that you offer at your Inn. Every day of our stay was filled with warmth in your home. We especially appreciated the attention to... More

We have been staying here for the Shakespearean Festival for probably something like 10 years and always keep coming back. Location is only a couple of blocks from the Festival so that it is in easy walking distance. The previous owners have just sold the property to a new couple, so time will tell how all of this works. The... More

I helped with a wedding at The Iron Gate Inn, the owner was rude beyond words. I have never been so poorly treated. What a disappointment! I would redo looking elsewhere if you are considering a wedding in Cedar City.

Dear Unhappy Helper, We regret that your experience was less than optimal. Our understanding was all catering was the responsibility of the family. However this did not appear to be communicated across all participants of the event and this caused us to have to clarify responsibilities.. In the future we will work more closely with the guest host to insure... More

This lovely B&B is a block and a half walk to the Shakespeare Festival. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and a lovely outdoor area to relax. We have come here for several years, and while the Inn is under new ownership, the quality and comfort of the Inn has not changed.

A beautifully appointed B&B hosted by the delightful Donna. Joy Darlene room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. We didn't want to leave! Breakfast was delicious. We will always stay here when visiting Cedar City.
