We went to use the laundrymat at the KOA while being placed on waiting list for the monthly rent sites. Two of the dryers didn't work, owner came over and basically called us liars that they didn't work despite the fact while he decided to argue over the issue, the dryer was still indeed cold. After calling the KOA front... More

The WIFI at this campground is free but it rarely works. I got connected in the middle of the day, when many people were gone. Once evening arrived, there was too much demand for WIFI and I was never able to log on to check my email or do anything else. I had to use (and pay for) my own... More

By now you all know I'm not fond of KOAs. However, on this road trip we've been in more KOAs than I can count. One reviewer complained of sites being too close together. Really, for an older KOA there's lots of room. Remember we've been in one KOA on this trip where we actually had to duck to get out... More

I expect better from a KOA. The sites are very close together. The wifi signal is weak; buildings need paint and repair; no recycling facilities; the whole place is in need of paving. In short, it is run down....

Was told when making reservations for a trailer site that one small tent with no stakes, pitched next to the trailer would be OK for my 3 small kids. When we hot there and pitched it, the manager snapped at my wife while I was gone and talked down to her, saying that the tent was against the rules. Mgt... More

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting nearby Zion NP. Found it to be a nice campground, and even if the tent sites were a tad close, I had enough space. It is a bit of a drive from the main Zion entrance, but a scenic one, and the closest KOA I found. The owner/manager was friendly, and helpful in... More

Cedar City was not a scheduled stop for us but we are very thankful we did stop. Staff was more than friendly the campground was nice. Some of the sites were smaller than we wanted, try for a premium site or in the end sites if you want your own grass to sit in.

I'm a total rookie at private campgrounds. Stayed at a few over the past few days on this trip and was delighted. Decided to give the famous KOA brand a go here in beautiful Cedar City, UT. I chose poorly. Stayed in a camp cabin. The price was $60! Log cabin in the back. I opened the door and it... More

The Cedar City KOA has been a destination for us for several years now. Even though management has changed hands several times since we've been going over the years, they still offer great service with a smile. They have horse shoes, a pool, and playground. I was a bit disappointed in the meager dog run area though. The kids were... More

KOA RV parks are never our first choice because they are just average. There were not too many options in Cedar City. We were pleasantly surprised. The pool was nice. The grounds were well maintained. The bathrooms/showers were clean and tidy. Staff was very nice.
