The Cedar Rest was fantastic! We stopped here on our way to Salt Lake City and it was clean and very cheap. We first stopped at some other chain motels and they wanted $85.00 for one queen bed. We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we only paid 40.00 for the night for 2 Queen beds! I would definitely stay here again. more

We stayed here on our way to Capitol Reef in late September, and found it to be clean and affordable, although it is a bit on the worn side. There is a good Mexican restuarant next door. Don't count on the continental breakfast...was spotty and medicore. All together we considered it a good value and would stay again. more

My husband and I arrived late in Cedar City. We found this place right in central Cedar City, called the Cedar Rest Motel. The room was extremely clean the service was good.
