My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip, and it was an adequate hotel. The decor was definitely dated, but it was clean. The bed was a bit hard, but all the amenities were what I would have expected from a non-luxury hotel. The pleasant surprise of our stay was the breakfast. Full, hot breakfast buffet in... More

Picked crystal inn because abbey inn was full and I will make this my first choice in Cedar City from now on. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

As I sit at the computer in my hotel room and write this, I have killed 2 spiders that were crawling on the bed... so far... and a lot of little flying bugs. This hotel is anything but clean. Of course the thresholds and door jabs have so much air coming through them there's no wonder anything with more than... More

Never stayed at a Crystal Inn before but decided to give it a try while visiting the wonderful Utah Shakespearean Festival. Stayed one night. We found the room spacious, clean, well-lit, comfortable, & with all the amenities we expected. Climate controls worked properly. Didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked pretty large and nice to me. I guess this... More

Nothing special about the motel, but it was clean, rooms were relatively large, free wi-fi, decent breakfast including scrambled eggs and potatoes. Stayed in a king, smoking, pet-friendly room in the back on the first floor - you park right in front of your room. It was quiet, as there weren't many people there mid-week (except at breakfast :) There... More

Staying here on way to California and am very disappointed. I have stayed at other Crystal Inns and have always thought they were a good value. This location is NOT. The hot tub isn't hot; the sauna is broken. Hot means cold and cold is hot in the shower. We'll see what complimentry breakfast brings. Might be a good thing... More

Thank you for your response. I apologize for your experience. During this time we were making improvements to our property and replacing skylights in our lobby area. As a safety measure, we had to turn gas off to the property for a certain amount of time. Unfortunately, unknown to us, when the gas was turned back on not all gas... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Las Vegas. The room was fine and clean for the price we paid and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room rate included breakfast, which was adequate at best. You could tell that they did their best to make it a... More

We were planning to spend just one night on our way from SLC to LV, but my wife fell sick and we ended up spending three nights there. The staff were very accommodating, and we were glad to be there, given the circumstances.

My wife and I were passing through Utah and chose the Crystal Inn because of the price. We had no expectations, but were extremely happy with the service, room conditions, and breakfast. We would definelty stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I forgot to check the make and model before we left. The Bard restaurant was perfectly adequate for dinner, plus it had a full liquor license--in Utah, no less! We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning. Certaily fortified us for the road. The one complaint is... More
