It is a basic property with a dated feel, - and yes, the restaurant where breakfast is served needs attention to the crumbs on the floor - but I was very impressed by Rachel at the front desk and the cleaning staff. I left a large silver cuff bracelet, a family heirloom, in the room and only realized it was... More

We stayed here to attend the Shakespeare Festival. I checked out hotels in June when I bought tickets, but forgot to make reservations. I called at the beginning of the week and they had availability. I was apprehensive, I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns if possible, but was pleasantly surprised. This is an older style hotel, but it has... More

I stayed at the Crystal Inn for two nights in August. Nothing to write home about. The room was basic but tired. So was the entire property. The breakfast area was yucky. Good thing I don;t mind sticky floors. Since I was on some company's expense account I don't know how much the room was. A Hampton is two classes... More

We have family in the area and have stayed here many times. We have also stayed in other hotels in and around Cedar City but like this one the best (which is why we keep going back). The breakfast is good with lots of variety and, like many others have said, the service is great. On this stay, we forgot... More

We recently stayed at the Crystal Inn Cedar City. The property is overdue for a spruce-up (carpet in the hallways definitely needs replacing). However, the room was quiet and very clean. The main point of my review is the amazing personal service we received. You hear sometimes about getting poor service when you book your room through an on-line discount... More

I have stayed here several times during the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival, and see no reason to chose another hotel next year. The place is clean, friendly (and pet-friendly, my dog travels to the lovely Cedar City area with me). The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a delight to my grandsons who came for breakfast one... More

The location (close to freeway and a plethora of other services), the size of the room, the roominess of the breakfast nook, the beds...oh my, the beds were the BEST!! Nothing negative to say. Our room was close to parking, the pool was clean and large, and did I mention how delightful the beds were? This is my new favorite... More

We stayed one night on a recent road trip. It was a busy time for the area the staff was nice but overly busy. Check-in took much longer than normal, but the person helping us was nice and trying her best. The hotel does seem a bit old, but that was not a problem for us. The rooms (we had... More

Room was clean, but no elevator, the place was old, the bathroom door was actually cut out so it would close without hitting the toilet. Restaurant was dark, dingy, breakfast buffet was okay. there was not a whole lot nearby.
