Clean, some road noise, older. Get a room in the back. Easy checkin and out. Would stay again.

Rec'd 10% discount with AAA. Pleasant, clean, safe property just off main road. Friendly, polite personnel at check in/check out. Rooms are in very good condition. Nice breakfast.....cereal, juice, coffee, tea, bagels, etc. I'd stay at this Super 8 again.

I chose this motel blindly, only taking into consideration location and price. My husband remembered a bad experience at a Super 8 many years ago so he was wary. Location is convenient as it's right off of 15 and close to lots of eateries. Second floor reeked of cigarette smoke, but thankfully our room did not. We stayed here with the intent to hike in the state park. It was the perfect location. There's a grocery store and fast food restaurant nearby. The front desk was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. My only complaint would be that mattress wasn't very good and I had some difficulty getting to sleep.

This was one of the very few hotels where I felt comfortable actually using the blanket on the bed. The breakfast area is small and no waffles :-( Other than that, if you want excellent accommodations for the price, this is the place to stay.

AARP rate booked on the Super 8 website was very good, and this is a very clean motel. The wifi worked well, too. The location is a little hard to find from the highway but not a big problem. Thurmont, MD, is very near Gettysburg, PA, where we enjoyed visiting the battlefield and the Eisenhower farm.

nice hotel but to expensive for one night. i think that 79.00 per night is to much. their continental breakfast is not that great either.
