Stayed here in business for 4 nights. Location is great, however on the whole the hotel is a little bit tired. My room was fairly small and needed a lick of paint. I was on the 4th floor so views not great and window dirty. Coffee machine was supplied but only if you asked for it and wi-fi was $15... More

My room was ridiculous - It was very small and very dimly lit. The bathroom was a new low - tiny, with a stall shower in which the shower head wasn't even attached to the wall properly. I also found a pin in the carpet, which I'm just grateful I didn't step on with my bare feet. The closet -comically-... More

Parking/valet was difficult..lots of construction and scaffolding. We had to leave car almost in middle of street and trust that it would be taken care of. Lobby was impressive and bellman/front desk were very helpful. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was bigger than most in NYC area. For kids, not much. Restaurants are geared more for adults. Nice stay..would... More

We have just returned from an 8 night stay at The Roosevelt Hotel. First impressions are very good, the entrance and lobby area is very impressive and service was very efficient. Our room was on the 14th floor and looked a little tired and could have done with some modernisation especially the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The... More

I stayed in this hotel from 4th to 9th April this year and had read some negative reviews on Trip Advisor so I was thrilled with having a much different experience. I was v. impressed with the hotel. The lobby and atmosphere of the hotel were amazing. My room was on the 15th floor and my friends' room was on... More

My husband and I stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel for one night over the Easter long weekend. This hotel is within walking distance of quite a few tourist locations which is great if you are from out of town and want to see all the iconic places! We made it to Central Park and Times Square on foot and it... More

And those are the high points. Alright, let me be fair....the staff was lovely. The lobby gorgeous in an old world antique way. And that is where the glamour ends. The location is great for a tourist, the shopping, parks and Broadway close. That is where it all ends. The rooms were hot, dirty, noisy, run down and to be... More

I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times now. I always try to give something the benefit of the doubt before I pan it. My company pays for this hotel or I would never stay here again. I've actualy checked out before and paid for my own room without reimbursement. Smallish rooms ( which is cool), dirty, loud,... More

This hotel was very busy and there was a great buzz around the place. It is great location for a bit of shopping, sight seeing and few drinks. Would strongly recommend Desmonds Steakhouse at 38th & 7th! Rooms are small and old fashioned but clean. Air-conditioning unit was extremely noisy so if travelling in the summer months this might be... More

Hotel was adequate for our needs. Rooms are small. All were clean, though I did note peeling of paint in a spot or 2. Seemed we had no control of heating or hair despite controls in the room. Room did stay reasonable temp & bedcovers were perfect for the room temp. Convenient enough location. Very helpful staff with group and... More
