Very nice room and spacious bathroom (esp. for NYC). Extremely clean and well maintained. Outstanding staff - courteous and helpful at all times. A sudden rain storm arrived at the hotel with me, so it was helpful that an umbrella was hanging in my closet for my use, or if I chose, purchase. The gracious staff did not disappoint me as they were easily available and helpful. I did not order room service so I have no evaluative comments of those offering. more

First of all the people there are really kind and helpful. Beyond hotel standards. That only is worth using this hotel. Rooms were spotless as expected.
