We wanted to do something special for her, although they weren't going to be getting back to the hotel until midnight. I got in touch with Tony K., the kitchen manager and tried to... more
The vent in the bathroom didn't work nor did the Air Conditioning. The person they said "would be right up" took several hours then didn't even fix the problem. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up at 5 AM by the family staying next door every morning. Oh and the Internet in the room is FIFTEEN DOLLARS... more
If you are ever traveling to New York City for work, then I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge.
