We have just returned from our 2009 National LPA conference held at your hotel and cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My room was always clean and believe me that was not always easy being there were 5 of us. We always had fresh towels and anything we asked for we received. A special... more

Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, convenient location to Manhattan without Manhattan prices, plus plenty of great things to do in Brooklyn. We were there with a conference with people with various special needs and the staff was super accomodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were so impressed with the hotel staff that we will make every effort to patronize... more

Little People of America held the 2009 National Conference at this hotel from July 4th through July 10th, 2009 and the staff and service at this hotel were outstanding. There were over 3200 people in attendence at the conference and the staff catered to our every need with smiles and graciousness. The food for the banquets were superb, the service... more

-Long check-in/out queues. -Front desk staff are somewhat abrupt and attend to your needs without a smile (Maybe its the American way) -Complete "non smoking zone" and was an inconvenience to me as I am a smoker.you have to go out of the hotel to "smokers pole" at the hotel entrance for a cigarette.they do not hesitate to "warn" you... more

My Wife and I spent a weekend in New York recently and stayed at the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel was fantastic, with huge rooms, friendly staff and excellent ameneties. The Hotel is located in the upmarket area of Brooklyn Heights and is very safe, even late at night. There are quite a few subway stations within easy... more

My daughter was with a graduation group touring through NYC, and they stayed at the Marriott on June 12, which also happened to be her birthday. We wanted to do something special for her, although they weren't going to be getting back to the hotel until midnight. I got in touch with Tony K., the kitchen manager and tried to... more

The vent in the bathroom didn't work nor did the Air Conditioning. The person they said "would be right up" took several hours then didn't even fix the problem. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up at 5 AM by the family staying next door every morning. Oh and the Internet in the room is FIFTEEN DOLLARS... more

If you are ever traveling to New York City for work, then I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge. Not only is the location perfect for a quick jump over into Manhattan and the trendy lower east side, Wall Street, the Villages, and South St Sea Port but the Brooklyn Heights area has... more
