We had a nice 4 people room in the 29th floor. So a nice view on next buildings including a water reservoir, and the sky. The room is clean and agreable. Free coffee and tea were available in the mezzanine floor, and they are plenty of delis and restaurants around. As europeans we appreciated the hotel setup which allowed us... More

This is our favorite hotel when we visit NYC. It's a great location, just off 5th Avenue, near the NY Public Library and Bryant Park, convenient to Rockefeller Center, Times Square and restuarants. The staff is wonderful: friendly, professional and competent.

This cookie cutter, 30 story tower, has 7 rooms per floor, a small lobby, and two computers, printers plus 24/7 coffee and tea service on the mezzanine. The corner rooms have more square footage so worth the difference in rates, if any. The hotel is generally well run and the rooms were update in 2013. The location is great, near... More

The best features of this hotel are its Midtown East location and non-microscopic rooms. Compared to similarly-priced New York chains, the hotel room actually had space to move around, along with good-sized closets. The room could have been cleaner, however. The sink never got a good scrubbing and I suspect the carpet was not vacuumed during our four-night stay. Walking... More

OK, I'll give this hotel credit for being in a great location. It was clean. But that's it. Small-ish average room otherwise. No way to keep anything cold. No water. I've stayed in other, better, convenient midtown hotels. And particularly, ones with a far better idea of customer service. I put the do not disturb sign on the door (as... More

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right across from the NY Public Library, a few blocks from Times Square, walking distance to Central Park and a very short distance to Grand Central Station. The front desk staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged for a car service back to the airport on our way home. They... More

The location is great. It is far enough away from Times Square that you can get some sleep but only about 6 blocks away if you want to go there and have dinner. It is also within walking distance of the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station. Parking was about $50 per night. We just left our car in... More

The staff is great! The location is very convenient to everything in the midtown area and since it is right in the middle by 5th avenue it is easy access to west or east side attractions and businesses. Rates are usually very reasonable. Did I mention the staff treats you with respect and kindness! I recommend this place to all... More

It is a good hotel in a great location with fairly reasonable prices. We were able to walk to a lot of theater and, of course, Times Square, Grand Central and other great places are nearby. We also had plenty of space for a NYC hotel room. However, they still need some work. When I checked in the room was... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us as it is imperative to our growth as an operation. I sincerely apologize for the mechanical errors you encountered as I'm sure they were inconveniences you did not anticipate. I also apologize for the attitude of our front desk and bellstaff. It should have been explained that yellow... More

We enjoyed our girl's trip and stay at this Courtyard Marriott. While the rooms were small for four ladies, our hotel was in a great location to shop and site see. A shuttle to the airport was only a couple blocks away. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all our questions. A great convenience store was right... More
