The hotel rooms are small, but very clean and modern. The check in process and check in staff were very friendly and we had asked for two rooms next to each other and that’s what we got with no problems. The fact there is no restaurant in the hotel was not a problem, as there is a great Deli next... More

We stayed here for the weekend. Great location -- close enough to walk to many attractions, such as Times Square, Central Park, etc. Yet, it was far enough away that it was quiet at night. Room was decent size for NY; new furniture etc and clean.

This is a pretty small hotel - only 7 rooms per floor but 28 floors worth. Never felt crowded, maid service was extremely friendly & effective. I was on the 17th floor so I can recommend a higher floor/corner room if you can get it. I could still hear the "jackhammers" on the street below when we arrived @ 1am!... More

We had a nice 4 people room in the 29th floor. So a nice view on next buildings including a water reservoir, and the sky. The room is clean and agreable. Free coffee and tea were available in the mezzanine floor, and they are plenty of delis and restaurants around. As europeans we appreciated the hotel setup which allowed us... More

This is our favorite hotel when we visit NYC. It's a great location, just off 5th Avenue, near the NY Public Library and Bryant Park, convenient to Rockefeller Center, Times Square and restuarants. The staff is wonderful: friendly, professional and competent.

This cookie cutter, 30 story tower, has 7 rooms per floor, a small lobby, and two computers, printers plus 24/7 coffee and tea service on the mezzanine. The corner rooms have more square footage so worth the difference in rates, if any. The hotel is generally well run and the rooms were update in 2013. The location is great, near... More

The best features of this hotel are its Midtown East location and non-microscopic rooms. Compared to similarly-priced New York chains, the hotel room actually had space to move around, along with good-sized closets. The room could have been cleaner, however. The sink never got a good scrubbing and I suspect the carpet was not vacuumed during our four-night stay. Walking... More

OK, I'll give this hotel credit for being in a great location. It was clean. But that's it. Small-ish average room otherwise. No way to keep anything cold. No water. I've stayed in other, better, convenient midtown hotels. And particularly, ones with a far better idea of customer service. I put the do not disturb sign on the door (as... More

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right across from the NY Public Library, a few blocks from Times Square, walking distance to Central Park and a very short distance to Grand Central Station. The front desk staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged for a car service back to the airport on our way home. They... More

The location is great. It is far enough away from Times Square that you can get some sleep but only about 6 blocks away if you want to go there and have dinner. It is also within walking distance of the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station. Parking was about $50 per night. We just left our car in... More
