I booked two rooms for a family trip to New York. The location was wonderful as it is only a couple of blocks from Times Square and within walking distance to many subway stations including Grand Central station. What sucked was the size of the rooms and the hallways. I've stayed in Courtyard Marriotts before as I am a rewards... more

Rooms were a bit small for a family of 4, including 2 teenagers, but it is New York and for the price it was worth it. Room was very clean. We were on the top (30th) floor and it was very quiet as well. The beds were a good size but too soft in my opinion. Excellent location----well within walking... more

We got off the Grand Central Station and pulled our small suitcases three blocks to this Marriott Hotel. For the price, the rooms may be on the smaller side but what can you expect in NYC? If you are there sightseeing, then you're just going to be back at the hotel to sleep and the beds are the best....clean, comfy... more

The hotel is magnificent and I the experience was amazing. It was so cold and busy there, I couldn't wait to get back to the peace and tranquility of the hotel. I paid $399 per night for a room which was for sure Value for money Overall I would say the experience was good. more

This is a really nice hotel in a great location. Traditional Marriott hotel, very clean, comfortable, not too fancy. The rooms are small which is typical for New York. We stayed on the 26th floor (there are 30 floors) with only 8 rooms per floor. Could occasionally hear people closing doors or talking in hall, but did not hear any... more

We stayed at this Courtyard Marriott Fifth Avenue in April 2009. I stayed for two nights, while my mother stayed for three nights. Upon returning home---she to her home within the US and I to my home in Europe---we both broke out COVERED in bites. My mother's doctor confirmed they were bed bug bites. These bites can take up to... more

Unlike other Marriott chain hotels I stayed thus far, this hotel does not live up to the name, Marriott. Although the location was perfect for us (depending on what you're planning to do in NYC), the hotel was narrow in width off Fifth Avenue. We had 1 room with 2 beds, no extra space besides the end of beds. I... more

We just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel. We stayed Saturday, April 4 - Sunday, April 5th. The hotel is in a good location and the staff is great, but watch out what you read on other sites. The manager told me this happens often so make sure you know what you are getting before you book!! When... more

Stayed one night . Price was good for a clean, safe hotel conveniently located. Staff was very helpful even lent us an umbrella. Toothpaste we forgot was brought up to room. Surprised look when I offered a tip. Arranged for a car to pick us up at 4:45 AM ! Driver was incredible! Can't say enough about his kindness!!! He... more

Location is ideal about a five min walk from Times Square. Room was big for New York with 2 double beds. Free business centre with printer available to all guests along with complimentary tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. more
