I love this location and love the area surrounding the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times and they have always met my expectation. The price is great for the area!

We recently stayed here for the second time. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. We will probably stay here again the next time we go to NY. It is an excellent hotel for the price.

We (a group of 6 women aged 30-70) have just returned to England from a 4 night trip to NYC, we really did not know much about where to stay so our travel agent recommended this hotel and to be honest I don't think she could have chosen better, it was EXACTLY what we needed! The rooms where clean, showers... More

Noisy hotel at night due to poor noise insulation. I did not go much on the steel lined doors either as that made me look for security personnel and I do nor recall seeing one during my 4 night stay. Not a bad location though and next to a good breakfast bar.

Dear Stormkicker, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for any noise disturbance. Our windows are well insulated for outside noise, but the city can be very loud at night. We can assure you that the hotel is very safe. We have 24 hour front desk personnel in addition to security cameras throughout the hotel. We can assure you... More

Just back from a 4 night stay in this hotel and I was impressed. I have been to NY around 7 times now, first time in this hotel and I will be back. I usually stay in the Murrayhill district as it is a good spot for getting around. It is close to the Empire State and we also had... More

This was our first time in New York . We took our two sons who are in their early 20s. This hotel for us was an excellent choice. Very close to all the sites and attractions of New York. The hotel was clean in the public areas. The room was cleaned to a good standard every day and the facilities... More

We recently have stayed in this hotel on at least 4 occasions. For us , it was close Langone NYU Hospital facilities. It is well located, with very reasonable pricing for NYC. The price includes breakfast, and wifi. The rooms are adequately sized, clean and comfortable. Easy to get taxis from front of hotel. Choice of many good restaurants within... More

This is a great hotel at a great price. Location ideal and far enough away from Times Square to be quietish at night, bearing in mind that it is never really quiet in NYC. This was our first time in New York and will definitely be back to this hotel again. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the... More

We stayed at this hotel in a queen bedroom for 7 nights during Easter. We requested a room on one of the upper floor, and got one on the top floor with a great view! The room looked just like the pictures, very clean, a tiny bit worn out, but nothing that was noticeable. The bed had an amazing memory... More

We stayed in the top floor of the hotel and the view was really nice, the hotel is just three blocks from the subway, the breakfast is ok, the bed is really nice, it has T.V and everything you need! I would come back :)

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
