I forgot my phone charger at home spend she let me use hers at the front desk for over and hour, supper nice and very helpful!! So thankful that she let me use her phone charger! She was very sweet and extra understanding

This hotel was nicely located just a few blocks from Times Square. The hotel and room was very clean, very comfortable beds and remarkably client even being across from the elevators. Lobby staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just tried to check in after long flight with kids. Receptionist said they have no rooms ready amd didn t know when they would. Reception in chaos. Went to cafe on 12th floor to be told they had no food!!! Came down to see our bags left abandoned in the lobby. Is this really a Marriott??? S Johnson
