Largest rooms, hands down! Spacious and clean. Friendly staff. I love the high floor lobby with huge lounge to relax and great views! Short walk to MOMA and Grand Central. Two major Subway lines connected.

Our trip here was wonderful. We checked in at 3 am after calling to confirm that we would be in late. We are a family of 5 and had booked a room with 2 queens beds and a pullout couch. When we arrived, they didn't have a room like that but quickly put us in 2 rooms on the same... More

Dropped in for a quick visit on a recent Saturday. Check-in was efficient and gracious but the biggest surprise was the room. Most hotels in NYC have tiny rooms. Not this place. Our room had lots of space, two queen beds, fold-out full sleeper and a typical courtyard bathroom. Sweet! The room was super-quiet and comfortable. Added bonus is the... More

This Marriott property is located near one of my client's offices so I stay here several times a year. The stop for the E and M subway is steps from the hotel front door. The lobby is tiny, usually presided over by someone in a security uniform. Front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming. I am typically given a corner... More

NYC comes at a price, but things are getting out of hand! However when supply drives prices to around $600 a night, the least you expect is Clean, Service and Courtesy. On arrival, I had to wait about 2 minutes for the desk clerk to finish her conversation with one of the other staff (no it was not work related)... More

Thank you for writing a review of our hotel. We pride ourselves in giving a positive stay for our guests. In this case it appears we didn’t meet your expectations. Being that your stay was 2 months prior to this review I can assure you that the carpet has been cleaned in your room since we regularly deep clean our... More

Made my reservation on a short notice, was given an "accessible" room. Very large, well air conditioned, the color scheme somewhat strange, but OK. Very clean. I wish the bathroom had more light and there would be more bench space next to the sink. Shampoo and conditioner in microscopic lipstick-sized packages. The lobby is small and not very inviting, but... More

This is a great little hotel and a perfect location to explore Manhattan. Within easy walking distance of great stores and a few cool places to hang out! The rooms are clean and contemporary and a very good size for Manhattan. The concierge staff were very helpful and it's value for money.

We are a family of 5 and this hotel served our needs perfectly. It can be challenging to find a hotel room for a family of 5 in NYC, but this hotel came through. Our room, on the 28th floor, was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the service was fantastic. The location is also very desirable. There is a... More

nice big room, plenty room for the 5 of us. Quiet.. well at least for new york. Hotel is well located with metro station just round the corner making it easy to get round the city. Food is available on the 12 floor, though not tried, as we have gone out, but it looked ok.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
