We stayed here for one night and we arrived around 11 a.m. we were able to leave our luggage with them and because we drove they parked our vehicle for us. So convenient. The rooms were spacious, very clean, very comfortable. Fairly close to everything. Excellent customer service from EVERYONE from the moment you walk in to the moment you... More

The hotel is in a great location for most of the major sites and just a couple of blocks from times square. Rooms are a good size with larger than average (for NYC) bathrooms. Good value for what we paid £584.37 for 5 nights without breakfast but wouldn't pay premium prices for this hotel. We were visiting for my 50th... More

I reviewed this property several years ago. Since then, I have had the occasion to stay a few more times and have recommended it to many others who have had similar experiences to mine. An outstanding location at a reasonable price with attentive staff and an excellent attached restaurant - The Pigalle. Three couples were on this trip and we... More

Perfect location for a weathered New Yorker or a 'newbie'. Within walking distance to many sites (Times Square, Rockefeller Center), theaters, and restaurants. Good service and very friendly and helpful employees. We were traveling with a group, but would stay here again in a minute, when traveling on our own.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, great location for us, friendly and responsive staff. Two subway stops within two blocks of the hotel along with nearly countless eating options. Couldn't have been better.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square in June 2015. We had a room with two queen beds, but this was the smallest 2 QB room I think I've ever had. I know NYC hotels are small and expensive, but for almost $400 a night I would hope the fixtures, carpet, and wallpaper were in... More

We stayed here on our trip to NYC with another couple. The rooms were spacious compared to other NYC hotels we've stayed in at similar price range. The rooms were quiet. We didn't hear hallway noise, or even much outside noise. Beds were very comfortable. The elevators were faster than most. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is located... More

I booked this hotel about 2 months before our trip. I requested late check in and reserved it with a credit card. My flight was delayed, so I didn't get there until almost 9 pm. I was told that they gave my room away, because I was late and the credit card company denied the charge. They said they e-mailed... More

Hi rjlee23, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the travel community. I am very sorry to hear of the unfortunate series of events that took place on your first day in NYC. I completely understand your disappointment and can only imagine how unsettling the situation must have been. At the time of booking, all reservations... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and the proximity to everything from empire state building, times Square, Herald square and loads of shopping - all within a couple blocks of the hotel. BUT our favorite part of the hotel was Phil who helped hold our luggage when we arrived. He was awesome and Tom great care of us. Told us... More

Can't beat the location. One block off of times square. Near the restaurant row and hell's kitchen area. However, the general attitude of people who work here is unpleasant. I got some dirty looks from the front desk when asking questions. General scowls from other employees there. Dirty room--aspirins spilled on bathroom floor from previous people. Rooms are rather small... More

Hi Jeff L, Thank you for sharing your feedback with the travel community. I am so sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with a memorable NYC experience. Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
